Chris hit Jaran on the head with the side of the gun . He attempted to knock him out cold. He shot some more shots at Beck, before stopping. "The renegade? Nice to see you here." Chris pulled out his staff. He hit the ground, making everything around it lower down. "Lets see how you handle."

He always loved an excuse to go... "play with" some poor unfortunate soul.

"Lets see how you fair this time." Chris made sure that Jaran was in the pit that he made, and loaded his gun. "Bang, bang, bang." He pointed his gun at Beck. Lets see how he handles this.

He dodged the blasts, barely. "Now how is that fair?" he remarked in his best Tron voice. It was hard enough keeping the helmet on, let alone mimic the way he sounded.

"Life isn't fair, Renegade. It's time you knew!" Pavel grinned, taking him by one of his wrists. He swung his free arm in an arc, aiming for Beck's throat.

Beck blocked the attack with his own disc. He tried to break free of the commander's grasp. He glanced in the other soldier's direction, trying to size him up. Pavel he'd fought before; he hadn't had the "pleasure" of battling the other.

When Chris hit Jaran in the head, he hissed and fought with as much strength he could muster. But he could already feel his consciousness slipping from him. His vision was getting hazy but he managed to push himself off the bike and he grunted as he fell. Oooh that hurt. He hit the ground, hard. With this force, he finally faded into unconsciousness.

Chris knew that if he used his gun he would shoot the commander as well. He jumped in front of Beck and tripped him with his staff. "The first time you work with your soldiers?" Chris asked the commander.He looked at the Renegade. "Should we derezz him? Or keep him as a pet?"

(yeah, I'll admit that it did.)

"Well, what Tesler would have us do is to bring him to CLU in chains," Pavel shrugged. "Although I would prefer to throw him into the Games. Or even take him back to my little... research facility. Run some tests, perhaps; see what makes him so much stronger than your average program, see how much damage he can take before derezzing. That sort of thing." He grinned menacingly at the white-suited program before him.

"I like the research option. Run some tests, torture him..." He directed that last part to Beck. "We need to get him on a helicopter. Take him to your research facility." Chris wanted to see what would make the Renegade break. maybe if we use hostages? "Bait". Chris thought to himself, before poking the Renegade with his staff. "You awake?' Chris didn't say this in a caring tone. More like a "Wake up solider!" type of tone. "Can we take off his helmet, sir?" Who is the Renegade?
