The skunk striped tom wasn't asleep enough to not hear and feel the apprentice bump into him, a fact that was evidenced by his ears flicking back to hear her. But if you thought that'd make him move you were dead wrong. Letting out a (unconvincing) snore the large tom continued to pretend he was asleep even as he tried to suppress an amused grin. After all, most of the fun was from seeing their reactions and he hadn't yet been given a real reason to move yet.

Small Radishpaw snorted. She climded over him, but again, was too small. "Um- Crowpaw, right? Do you mind. I got a place to be and a place to go. Wait. Those are the same thing," She breathed in. "GET OUT OF MY WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!" She soon screeched. She contuined. "MEAT-LOAF! FAT-LAZY-BUTT-PAW! FAT-LAZY-BUTT-MEAT-LOAF-PAW!!!!!" She hoped he would move. "GET AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

As yes the sound of frustration, music to his ears. This must be a baby apprentice, maybe it was just his viewpoint now but he didn't recall ever being that small they must make em little now. Oh boy she was mad and getting madder Crowpaw despratly tried to restrain laughing as she started yelling but lost it at her long string of put together insults. Bursting out into raspy roaring laughter he rolled to a sitting position clearing the area somewhat. The scruffy jerk even had to lean over wheezing to get more air as he wheezed. "Wow that was certainly some insults tiny, you've got a talent for it. I would've gone for the skunk insults for me but its kinda low hanging fruit right? Too easy. Where are you even headed for in such a rush? Don't see a warrior with you so it's not like you can leave the clearing." He drawled with honest respect finally turning in place to look at Radishpaw suppressing a yawn (he was semi napping after all).

"And I don't see why you, are so big!" Radishpaw snorted. "Hey, what does that mean?" She exclaimed. "I'm not small," She watched a kit her size go by. "Fine maybe I'm a little small. But!" OOOO! Sagebrook wouldn't mind if I just... She unseathed her claws. "I'll shred you, Fat-lazy-butt-all-meat-loaf-paw!"

It was kind of cute how uncertain Skykit was, but at the same time Wishpool felt bad for the little kid, letting out a purr in an attempt to calm her. The other kits are nice! At least, most of them are. You can go right up and say hi, we have new kits join all the time! At least, fairly often. Nightpaw had been just....sucked up into the flow and no one had cared, least of all him. At least until he found out. But that wasn't important now, because Skykit knew, and would always know, so she couldn't try and protect her, and end up with problems. @Fern

Her fur in it's usual state of disarray, at least in the morning, Deadpaw stepped out of the apprentice's den, before realizing just how nuts she looked and ducking back in quickly, shaking out her fur and licking it into some semblance of decency. Not that she particularly cared what most cat's thought, but she didn't want to attract any attention by being too messy, or too neat either as was the case with her sister. So when she emerged the second time, her face still it's typical fairly emotionless blankness, her fur was flat against her sides, still wet.

Stumping into the center of the clearing, debating whether to look for her mentor or do something else, Deadpaw saw Breezefeather, or apparently the deputy now, hanging out by the fresh-kill pile. He didn't seem like the.....typical high rank when she thought about it. Older and seemingly a bit more calm, a bit less nuts, than the other ones, not that that was a problem with her. Too much enthusiasm was NOT something she was generally behind. He seemed like the kind of cat able to carry a decent conversation, so she walked over, not at all intimidated as some might be at approaching the deputy so openly and randomly.

Her voice a bit crinkly still from the night, she mewed What makes cats like other cats? , straight and to the point, her tail twitching. She didn't think he was some genius cat, but he was the deputy, so Twilightstar obviously liked him, and with the amount of cats that had cheered when he was announced.....he clearly wasn't unpopular by any stretch of the mind. @Arie

Shockholly looked back to the storage before nodding, not remembering having used it.
"I think so. I wanted an extra to show in case we needed more. I haven't used it, so it should still be in there. Unless someone got munchy."
They turned to reach for the plant before slipping back down into a laying position with a huff, feeling light headed.

Skykit nodded uncertainly at Wishpool, then gave a cute little nervous smile and waved her tail to the other kits. "Hi! I'm Skykit! Anybody wanna play with me?"

An assessment? Was he just going to play a part... WAIT WHAT. His? His assessment? but... he kinda didn't want to grow up. Growing up meant using his brain and that was not something Stagpaw had any interest in doing so he just looked at Twiglight with big eyes, like he was almost too stupid to comprehend what was going on right at this moment. "BUT, I don't want to get rid of you!" He didn't want to get rid of Twiggy. He may drive her crazy and all but... he didn't want her to leave! or get rid of him. Because being a warrior meant no more cuddles with the leader, and Stagpaw wasn't entirely sure on how to feel about that... but also, being a warrior meant that he didn't need anyone to take him on adventures, he could go on his own. Yet, he would miss Twiggy. Okay. Quickly making a mental rule he decided that even if he was a warrior he could still cuddle with Twig. He was still small! so it was reasonable. Yes. He liked that. "Okay," he nodded... somewhat in agreement.

Hmm? Because she was the only responsible one? That compliment did sound new from Twilightstar and the grey feline had to do her best to hide the smirk that lit up on her face. "Sure things that works with me. How many more should I recruit?" Weaselskip didn't suddenly want the clan over flooding with Guardians cause they thought it an easy task.

He had slowly getting drawn into his own thoughts, had slowly started drifting off and so it was with blinking eyes that Breezefeather regarded the apprentice in front of him. This was one of the new ones was it not? One of the ones made an apprentice at his own deputy naming ceremony, or whatever that would be called. Because it technically hadn't been been a ceremony. Yet green eyes blinking at her, he sat fully up to his full height which in truth wasn't that high for a cat of his stature. Her eyes carried a certain emotional disconnectedness that he felt all too familiar and it probed his interest further into what had damaged this young cat already.

Her question though, it was one that surprised him and he couldn't help the short and mild burst of laughter, rumbling up through his chest and spreading itself onto a smile on his maw. Because it was a good question and it wasn't something that he himself had ever considered, but flickering his tail slowly the deputy mulled over it. "I think, and I do not know for sure young one, that it is largely dependent on ones reaction to others. Say, if I need help and you give it to me, I'll likely you because you helped me. If you were nice to me, I would like you because you're nice to me. Even simple things can make others cats like you."

At least he hoped that he'd managed to answer what she wanted out of her question and pushing over the remainder of his grouse to the young cat, a soft smile once again graced his maw. "Here, take a bite. Also, do you mind telling me what prompted you to ask such a question. I don't think its one I've ever been asked before."
