Forestpaw smiled excited to have more new apprentices in Thunderclan. “Emberpaw! Strikepaw! Berrypaw! “She chanted suddenly spotting Brightpaw jump up and down. Perfect! She had found another one of her family members!

Gathering enough energy to hop up again, Brightpaw spotted Forestpaw over the crowd. Taking the long way around, she made her way up beside her sister. With a purr, she asked How are you? Should she tell her sister about her COOL THING! She should, shouldn't she? Her sister might think it was cool too! So, her ears twitching excitedly, she babbled out Guess what? If you jump way up high, you can see over all the big cats! And it doesn't bug them, cause you're behind them! @Katniss @Spooky Pepper

Forestpaw purred and gave her sister a quick lick. "I'm doing great-" Forestpaw started(Hoping to end with, How are you?) before her sister started speaking. The russet furred apprentice let out a small happy laugh at what her sister said. She smiled. "That's genius sis!" She mewed. Alright 2 family members down 3 to go and then I can start the meeting. Of course that would happen after the meeting ended. "By any chance do you know where Adderpaw, Bloompaw, and Oakkit are?" Forestpaw asked assuming Oakkit would be in the nursery but she wasn't sure if Bloompaw and Adderpaw were in camp or were out.

That's great! And thank you! And I have no idea! Brightpaw chirped, her brain a bit mushy at this point. It was kind of obvious where Oakkit was, but.......the others no one really knew. Hopefully they could.......find someone else to ask? Maybe their mentors? Do you want me to look? she asked quickly, not wanting to be like a bump on a log. If her sister wanted them, it was probably a good reason, and she should probably just........roll with it. @Katniss @Spooky Pepper

Silverfur slipped into the warriors den, hoping not to be seen. She walked to her nest and sat in it, it was cold but still nice to sit in other than rocks. "At least I'm back..."

She chuckled to herself as she laid her head down in exhaustion, and closed her eyes, drifting off to sleep.

Knowing if anyone wanted to wake her, they'll have a bleeding paw.

Singepaw blinked her eyes open from a pleasant afternoon nap, awoken by the pitter patter of pawsteps approaching the den. Looking up from her cozy nest, the tiny gray molly spotted a dark brown tom standing in the den’s opening. It was Strikekit—errr, Strikepaw, as of the meeting that’d taken place earlier that same day.

Eyes darting around the den, she came to the conclusion that there was, in fact, nobody else in the den with them. Oh no. If there was nobody else here to talk to, that meant he might try talking to her. And that would mean she’d have to respond! Heart rate steadily increasing, Singepaw lay in wait to see what Strikepaw whether Strikepaw would address her or simply walk back out of the den.

Strikepaw padded over to Singepaw. "Hello, I'm Strikepaw. Y'know, since the meeting. You know me, right? You're.. Singepaw?" Strikepaw smiled at his new denmate, large tail swishing back and fourth. (Strikepaw is fairly large for his age if you want to use that in some way.)

The abyssinian grinned back as the warrior accepted his materials. Despite how often he seemed to be walking into the largest den in camp, this was actually the first time that he had earned recognition for completing his task. Darkfire... that was a nice name. "Yeah, Whiteclaw's my mentor," the apprentice confirmed. Everyone seemed to know Whiteclaw these days, and despite their rocky relationship, his mentor seemed to always be talking about him. The golden-furred feline's grin only grew wider when Darkfire reiterated himself. Tapping his tail against the rim of the warrior's nest, he meowed amicably, "You didn't need to say that. I don't mind, really." Lionpaw observed the tomcat discreetly. "I remember your warrior ceremony, I think. You're fifteen moons, aren't you?" The apprentice was in an easy mood today, and this conversation with Darkfire was keeping his inner frustration at a minimum.

He noticed his mentor tense up, but dismissed it for the time being. It was the grey warrior's question that had irked him, and his tail lashed in restrained irritation as Lionpaw responded, "Yes." His tone was clipped, not just because of Whiteclaw's inquiry, but because of a multitude of little things.

First off, his mentor existed. That was an issue that couldn't easily be resolved. Second, the new medicine cat didn't seem all that competent. If this Frostbreeze was going to be treating his injuries, then he was already concerned for his life. Next, said new medicine cat's greatest fan had stolen Lionpaw's nickname for Frosty. And finally, of course, Whiteclaw just had to ask. That led back to the first issue, the one where the warrior existed, and sent things looping around once more.

The apprentice felt a pang of guilt when Swallowkit was banned from ranking up because of her leg. That was mostly his fault right there, and he hadn't even apologized yet. He would need to do so soon.

On the other paw, two kits... and a loner, too, it seemed, were being initiated as apprentices. The abyssinian flicked his tail at them in greeting as he chanted, "Emberpaw, Strikepaw, Berrypaw!" as was the customary thing to do. Interesting - the last of the three was receiving special treatment. As far as Lionpaw knew, leaders didn't mentor others often. He wanted to know the reasoning behind the decision.
