Turtlekit fidgeted with his paws nervously, counting his rock collection forwards and backwards- One, two, three, four, five, six, seven. Seven, six, five, four, three, two, one... It was perfect- as everything should be. In fact- the tom's nest area was as tidy as a kit could keep it. And he himself- well, he took very good care of his pelt, excessively grooming himself every half-hour or so. His eyes flitted away from his neat line of stones and traveled around the nursery. It made him nervous, however, to look around. So, he found something easier to do and simply closed his eyes, kneading his paws into the ground as he sat.

Ginger'Step smirked. " Blood is what keeps us alive little one. But it is also what cruel cats want the most.. " she mewed, her eyes clouding with hate. She shook her head and nudged Cricket'Kit away. " No no. Go play. And be nice this time.. " Ginger'Step said. Cricket'Kit hissed in protest, but stepped forward.
