Pumaflare sat in the clearing, her piercing green eyes staring at all her Clanmates. Well, most were her Clanmates. Others were hateful, greedy shadow dwellers. They could go back to their own pathetic Clan. She hissed at just the thought of her Clan being dragged down, to be forgotten, just like the sky weaklings had all those moons ago. WindClan wasn’t like those excuses for cats. They were going to prevail, in even the darkest times. Speaking of which, she saw a queen padding to Maplebird, then talking to her.

Standing up, the molly made her way to the two. She got there right as the queen finished her question. She wanted to hear the answer to it, and looked at Maplebird expectantly. @Panda1440 @Shadeleaf

Skykit's head popped out of the nursery as Dawnstar started talking.
"She's calling us bunnies! Cats call me a sweet little bunny when I'm being a good kit, so maybe she's not that bad? But I don't know who Bunnystar is. And she's letting us leave camp! Even the kits! We can practice traning!" Skykit tried to keep a positive edge on things. From a little kit's perspective, bunny is a name for good kits and leaving camp is exciting because apprentices get to do it. .

I don’t think dawnstar was being nice... I don’t like her or think we should leave camp she said scared she didn’t trust this cat or any of the new cats

That was it. Pumaflare would’ve leapt at Uglystar-no, Uglystripe, because she didn’t deserve to be leader-right then if her Clan didn’t need her. As much as she hated to think it, Uglystripe would kill her if she tried. She was too strong. It took all of her willpower to stop herself, though. Honestly, she didn’t care way too much for her own Clan, but she refused to be driven out by a selfish idiot. She hissed and dug her claws into the ground, her meaning hopefully clear. But that wasn’t the only reason why. If she didn’t do that, she probably couldn’t stop herself from launching at a shadow dweller. It would’ve been fun to beat up an apprentice, but she didn’t want to know what Uglystripe and her gang of rags would do if she did.

Hallowstep

Soft steps, troubled thoughts, Hallowstep found him pacing back and forth, back and forth, wading through the snow- those who saw him might have thought him crazy. Maybe he was going crazy- his pawsteps made patterns in the snow, but he walked aimlessly. He'd stayed away from camp, hollowed out a small burrow for himself, and had been sleeping at the edge of the territory for a few days.

If Owlpaw would find him like this- well, embarrassment was the least of his worries when a bloodthirsty rock for brain she-cat had taken over his clan.

He wasn't scared, he was angry.

Quailtail was practically breathing in Maplebird's breath, he was so close. "A plan?" The tom echoed, still keeping his voice hushed. He took another glance around the den. It looked peaceful, the few cats inside were sound asleep. He turned back to Maplebird. "What kind?" The young warrior implored, feeling curious. Is she going to run away? He thought, feeling uneasy. Yes, it was a given... With their leader gone, and a violent tyrant taking her place, it was obvious that there would be some deserters. Could he blame her? Maybe he would do the same.

Hold on, kicking them out for the night? Was she insane? Like most warriors, he would've leapt at her and removed all her lives, but two things wrong with that, one, it'd be impossible. She still had a lot, at least, he was pretty sure she did, and two, he wasn't strong enough to do that, was any cat for that matter? Actually, 3 issues now, his clan needed as many cats as possible. So, he just laid low as he usually did, not even speaking.

As for the other matters with training, oh boy he wasn't doing training with claws out, he knew better, and the greencough situation worried him, would the kits and queens be alright in there? He didn't have a family of his own but it did concern him. Finally, the hunting group, the least infuriating or worrying thing about this whole meeting, while yes it was, annoying, he could live with it.

Quarantine? Wishpool understood the need to keep any illness contained, but couldn't they let SOME cats in and out as long as they didn't have it? She didn't want to be stuck in there the entire time. It was nice to know Dawnstar didn't want everycat dead, but that was a small relief. The getting kicked out of camp was bad, very bad. What if the kits got chilled, and caught sickness more easily? Mixing everyone for one night in the cold was NOT quarantining at all she was fairly certain. Her fur would be fluffy enough to keep Skykit and Threekit warm, but some of the other queens were less furry and warm, like Ashfeather.

Kicking them out? Skunkblaze wasn't particularly worried for herself, she could sleep outside just fine, but the already potentially sick kits would not do well with it she was sure. If Dawnstar didn't want illness spreading, why was she having them all out and potentially mixing? Sometimes that cat, often that cat, didn't make sense.

Thornpaw shuddered at the thought of battle training with Shadowclan cats. One of them was sure to hurt her, that seemed to be their favorite thing to do, pick on cats. As Frogpaw began needling her, she tried to not start screaming or crying or both. I c..can fffight but I d...don't want you t..to hurt c...cats I care about..t. she stuttered, glancing involuntarily over at Seedheart. @feather lily

Kicking them out for a night? What was wrong with these cats? The kits would be little kitsicles! Deadpaw wanted to smack Dawnstar very hard very many times. Unfortunately, she was well aware that would result in HER getting smacked more times than she could survive, and so she remained in her seat. Don't be completely stupid. She wasn't, she was not going to give her sister the satisfaction of dying.

He could tell Ravenkit was even more afraid than he was. Stormkit did his best to comfort her. But he was to afraid to speak. All he could do was look at her trying to keep his sister from crying or anything else of the sort. He felt like trembling but he couldn't let her know he was scared as well. Although it was probably obvious. If she knew he was terrified all of Ravenkit's doubts would be confirmed. Stormkit needed to stay strong for her.
