"Agreed," she muttered back, "I can't believe this. It was more than bad enough when she took over. Now she's kicking us out of our own camp. I... I can't stand this!"

Thunderbird was surprised to her respond he had been talking more to himself than anyone else. He sighed "If things. . . Stay this way, Is staying in the clan really the best option?" he asked her

Swiftheart was surprised. "I-I don't know..." she began. "Living under Dawnstar's rule is the worst thing ever. Maybe you're right. But... Windclan is my home. Always has been, and I figured always will be. I don't know if I could leave."

"It's nice that somecat understands." Swiftheart smiled at him. Maybe life was awful, but when she was with Thunderbird things didn't feel so bad.

Embershadow wrinkled his nose as he stepped across the WindClan border. It smelled much fainter, tinged with ShadowClan, but it was still there. He had stayed away from this side of the territory, preferring not to see what his Clanmates were up too. Finally, he had decided to check it out, despite his aversion to what was happening.
Embershadow shook his head. Once the other Clan's caught wind of this, they would never allow it. Dawnstar was mouse-brained if she thought she could get away with this. He quickened his pace, shivering as a cold breeze blew across the field. He ducked onto a rabbit track, smelling of fresh WindClan. He looked up, halting as he came face to face with another cat.

Swiftheart stood in silence, enjoying his company for a minute. After a while she reluctantly sighed, saying, "I need to get away from Dawnstar for a bit. Hope you won't be mad if I take a run to clear my head."

He looked at Ravenkit not really knowing what to do. They were just two orphaned kits with no den to sleep in. It's hard to comfort someone with the exact same worries as you.
