FROSTSCREECH

The Bengal stepped forward,sticking near the back of the growing crowd as he waited. The tomcat then moved to the front of the crowd,his eyes remaining locked in Dawnstar’s [ @Undertaker ]. A faint look of silence reminded him of the former events. His sister was far too deep into this,even he knew that. But would Dawnstar do it? Would she murder his sister over a stupid mistake?! What the hell was the tabby plotting. Frostscreech felt a sense of panic rush through his pelt though,Whatever it was it couldn’t be good.

Patchwish slid out of the warriors den, fur sleek from being groomed. The she-cat took her place under the Shadowledge, hissing softly at the wet ground beneath her paws. The fur bunched at her shoulders as she tensed her muscles, fluffing out her fur in an effort to stay dry. Of all the things her RiverClan mother had given her, waterproof fur was not one of them.

Sagepaw jumped in surprise at the screech of the leader, and his tail puffed up. Some things he doubted he'd ever get used to. The apprentice forced his fur to lie flat and crept from his spot. He promptly felt his back left paw slid out from him, though he clamped his jaw shut to keep himself from yelping in his moment of panic. After a second of somewhat undignified flailing, Sagepaw stood upright with his claws digging into the ground. He shook his head at himself, embarrassed as he made his way to the Shadowledge. The feeling dissipated as he sat carefully, not sheathing his claws. Sagepaw turned his green eyes up at the leader, wondering what the news was. Maybe it was more yowling? But Dawnstar's face didn't look yowl-y at the moment. Hmm.

[MockingRabbit]

Froststorm heard Dawnstar's fearsome yowl and was quick to respond. His claws stuck out to dig into the frozen earth and prevent himself from slipping. He stayed standing up instead of sitting down for the meeting. The grey-and-brown warrior scratched shallow holes into the earth and placed his paws into them. It was a little better.


Cloverpaw joined the meeting. She was still grouchy with her leader the demotion.




Eggkit raced out of the nursery. He was not going to miss this meeting. Not this time.

Songbreeze tilts her head, wondering what the meeting was about. She quickly pads over to sit under the Shadowledge. She looks up and watches her leader carefully.

Slatefur

Blue eyes narrowed, Slatefur padded out of the warriors den in a slight rush. Moving would keep her warm. The black and white warrior hardly felt the slippery ground beneath her paws, or the way her pawpads slid forward with every step. StarClan, it was cold!

Foxpaw perked her ears at the call and padded over to the meeting

Roanpaw
He had been practicing whenever he could; lingering in the shadows, remaining within them with his eyes closed until he felt at one with them. Still nowhere near the level of his grandmother, but Roanpaw was keen on closing in before long. Now on the edge of camp, where the tom had been sitting still - posture rigid - he opened brilliant green eyes to gaze around the clearing. He had not yet sought out Elmshadow for the cut above his eye, nor the shallow marks under his belly (both given by Spiderfang during their impromptu training session), but they had stopped bleeding long ago and though he couldn't see, a paw to his forehead revealed the skin was a bit bumpy and hard. Oh well.

Standing to his paws the apprentice slunk over to where he spotted his sister, wordlessly taking a seat beside her. He turned his gaze upon their grandmother, tail laying flat out behind him as Roanpaw observed the ShadowClan leader.

Spiderfang
Oh, my, my, my. Judging by the blank look on Dawnstar's face, Spiderfang assumed that something exquisitely dramatic was bound to happen. Usually she appeared angry or upset - the void mask of either sent a shiver down his spine, but a grin upon his face. A soft chuckle came from the scrawny tom as he picked his way over, tiny paws seeming to dance over the dreary marshy slip-and-slide of the clearing. Part of him slipped, almost colliding with those already seated, but he managed to catch himself in time and take a spot up near the back. Promptly plopping his bottom down, the tom's gaze flickered around here and there, wondering if it would be their leader to kick off the meeting this time or a Clanmate with a flare for the dramatic. Oh, how he would enjoy either one!
