Skykit's ears perked as she heard a mouse hit the ground and saw a kit standing over it. Maybe they wanted to play? Playing was good in hard times, like times when stinky-clan is bothering everyone. Skykit made no heasitation to run over to Foxkit.

Snailkit was just sitting around, he had finished his mouse and was bored. He looked around for something to do. He wondered if Coldamber or one of the warriors had anything for him to do?

Rainkit paused, unsure of why she was being told to slow down. Wasn't she supposed to be hyper and bouncy? If she wasn't wouldn't someone know, or think she was sad? She wasn't! No, not even with all the bad things going on...
Shacking her head the black kitten offered a toothy grin. "I'm Rainkit!" She introduced herself after Swiftheart had. "Your name is cool, you must be really fast to be called Swiftheart." Rainkit noted trying to slow down, but not to much.

Darkclaw finished washing and looked at the kit. "You're name's Rainkit right? My name's Darkclaw. So, do you know why we don't let kits do anything? Do you know why kits can't leave camp?" Darkclaw mewed, waiting for Rainkit to answer.

Rainkit watched the warrior clean themselves whiskers twitching slightly as she waited for them to speak again. "Mhmm, I'm Rainkit!" She quickly confirmed. Though the rest of the warrior's questions were not as interesting. "Yeah, yeah... Kits can't be out of camp because it's dangerous and something might get them or they might get lost 'cause they have no training and are to little. But I am six moons and am only a kit 'cause of big meanie Dawnstar! I am big enough to do things, but no cat lets me!" The black kitten explained, little tail lashing a bit behind her in the frustration. Every cat always told her that it was dangerous out but she hadn't gotten hurt yet in the few times she's been out of camp. "I've already been out of camp anyway..." Rainkit mumbled under her breath. Cats didn't really need to know that. "Wait!" She jumped up. "You're a warrior you could teach me here, without breaking the 'no kits out of camp rule' how to be a warrior!" She declared, a light flickering her amber eyes.

Muddykit was curled in his nest. He was bored. Oh so bored. He felt like sleeping. But he didn't sleep, he got up to practice fighting.

He then realized something. He didn't have a partner. He soghed and felt like laying back down for that nap. He shook his head and looked around for a partner. He sighed, no cat would want to practice fighting with him. He plopped onto his nest again, sighing.

Twilightstar's face was pitched together with so much concern that she nearly didn't notice that they had made their way back to their own territory, she barely noticed when Beastspark had departed. She had left most of the walking to her clanmates, although quickly noticed that Skunkblaze had trouble walking, needing Crowtooth's support and everyone seemed pretty tired.

"I can walk from here, thank you, Featherlight." Twilightstar meowed, shifting a little on Skunkblaze's back. She was more or less rested, achy, but nothing she couldn't deal with. More confident now that she was in familiar territory, the leader slipped off of Skunkblaze's back without much hassle, landing awkwardly on her paws, but kept herself upright with pure determination.

Outwardly, she kept that mask of calm indifference with occasional deep frowns, inwardly she was a cringing mess after learning what Dawnstar had put her whole clan through. It wasn't as bad as she had originally thought, but it was enough that Twilightstar felt extremely guilty and nearly overwhelmed, but it was nothing that she felt like visible expressing. It wasn't as bad as the last leafbare she thought to herself, needing to look at the bright side of something here.

She was glad they weren't completely stuck on the bad, she had a lot to do. It was hard to process that Breezefeather was really gone, Snailswirl had stepped down, leaving poor Coldamber to deal with the entire clan on her own. She fixed that problem entirely by returning, so there was that plus. Twilightstar wasn't the reason for the tears would be, she supposes seeing her face over Dawnstar's would be a reason for tears in itself.

Walking felt strange, it felt like she was walking at an angle when she brought her left hindleg down, but she knew it was just those missing toes. Still, pushing through, she found she could move quickly enough to trot. When she was stronger, she'd have to see how this would affect her running, it shouldn't be too bad she still had three good legs. The eye... she wasn't sure what she should do about it. She'd get used to it, as she did everything in time. She'd morn, she'd fix herself and her clan as best she could, and she'd move on with her plans, she needed to remove Dawnstar completely from ShadowClan. Whoever their deputy was would surely be better than that atrocity. Twilightstar was exhausted, not just from her ordeal, but of leading itself.

She had stepped up so many moons ago when Brightsky couldn't handle the clan with a clear plan, as reluctant as she was, she'd get WindClan up and running and she'd step down, handing the reins to someone more capable. But now she'd be on to her fifth deputy, her plans of early retirement were dashed... she had so much to do and there was no way she could just leave the next leader to deal with Dawnstar. Twilightstar couldn't really blame anyone but herself for this. What a drag.

"I'm heading to the Seastones." She announced when she saw the entrance of the camp was in her line of sight. Twilightstar felt like she should see Coldamber, but figured the she-cat would want to keep her in camp with her injuries, and she couldn't have that yet. She needed to announce her return to the clans, what better way than dealing with whatever trouble Dawnstar had caused at the Gathering. "Featherlight and Skunkblaze you two can accompany me if you'd like, Crowtooth, I'd like you to stay back and guard the camp." He had been right, he was getting better with breathing, but she'd feel better leaving a warrior she trusted in the clan.
