Swiftfire lifted her mottled head from her grooming, eyes sparking with interest as Twilightstar called the meeting. The tortoiseshell bounded to the Breezerock and nudged her way to sit before the WindClan leader, ears pricked to hear the coming news. Swiftfire noted how rough her leader looked, wondering if Coldamber had already seen to Twilightstar's wounds yes.

More than a meanie... that was for sure. Yet, Rainkit didn't want to call the bully the names her mother had used. She didn't think kits were supposed to say that. "Why would being out of camp make your paws hurt? The moor grass is softer than the grass in camp." Rainkit asked, not understanding that it would be painful due to not being used to walking so much. She was young, she didn't have the experience Darkclaw did. With the mention of getting in trouble Rainkit swerved her ears back. Who would get them in trouble for just training in camp? And why was she worried about that. "But you're a warrior, how do you get in trouble for training a cat? It'd be like in camp training." She pointed out, feeling quiet smart that she could figure that out.
But finally, Darkcalw agreed!! She was going to train her! Rainkit jumped with excitement. Finally! Finally she was getting some training! "Yes!!" She cheered. "I can keep it a secret, I know how to." Rainkit informed, nodding to reassure Darkclaw. Finally something good was happening. "What are you gonna teach me?" She would ask, tilting her head.

Snailkit pursed her lips and stepped nearby the gathering cats, she looked around for her dad.

Crowtooth had detached himself from where he was vigilantly lurking in the windclan camp entrance guarding the camp between those moments of helping carry the leader back and remaining here on her orders. Guard the camp, sure he'd wanted to get the chance to rip some shadowclan to shreds but he had his orders and would uphold them with his life. His muzzle was curled up in a crooked grin the entire damn time to. Sure he was still tired carrying the leader most of the way back had been horribly hard when the long trek and tough terrain was accounted for but he'd do it again and had just a bit of stubborn energy left to keep going for the day so it was manageable.

Plopping down with a thud in front of the breezerock he settled in more the ready and excited for what would come next.

ravenkit stopped playing and looked over your back! yay she said exitedly siting down. she had been more upset than normal as twilightstar was the closest thing to her mom even though she didnt know it. she didnt know many warriors.

By the time they reached the camp, Owltalon was exhausted again. He wasn't surprised when he spotted Twilightstar leaping to call a meeting. She definitely had some explaining to do. He stumbled across the clearing and took a seat at the edge of the crowd.

Sagebrook's ears perked up at the call and she nearly choked. Twilightstar? Twilightstar is alive! She's here! WindClan is safe again! Her green eyes opened wide and she padded over to the breezerock in a daze, barely able to restrain the joyful grin that stretched across her maw. There was so much to do, so much to fix- and she'd never been happier to get busy.

Even though so many of them were missing.

Breezefeather. Stripeseed. So many others.

She pushed her sorrow away deep down inside. Right now, the only thing to do was to serve her Clan.

Aaand assist Twilightstar. The once graceful leader wasn't looking herself, to say the least. Sagebrook's heart dropped at the sight of her wounds, and she glanced away, a lump in her throat. What had they done to their beloved leader? There had been far too much blood lately. How could Twilightstar have borne it? How could Dawnstar have afflicted it?

She took a deep breath.

Smile. Repress. Repeat.

All her troubles were a problem she would deal with later. Right now was the time to rejoice!
