Once a kind of mercenary in the service of the heroes, The Blightlord was now something worse, marching with heavy steps and animated with a grim determination, he hoped to find Moonlight, he burst in a fat and heavy laugh, proof of the diseases that lived and developped on him, a chubby little horned creature came out of the hole from the bottom of his armor then scaled his armor to perch on his right shoulder pad and began fiddling the bell on the horn of his back-pack, with a mischievous laughter at every sound it made, there were small metallic sounds as the policemens bullets were ejected, replaced by small bumps on his armor, he turned his head left and right, his fluorescent green lenses staring malevolently at his surroundings...

Moonlight walked around the town, fists tight, glaring around. Looking for any sign that could link to Teddie's murderer. Axel walked alongside her, also looking around. Then, her eyes landed on someone she had never seen. "Hey you!" She called, pointing at him. "Who are you?"

He heard a voice just behind him, he turned the head, and tilted it, his horn pointing skyward, his lenses stared at the two newcomers, he recognized Moonlight, but he didn't knew who was the boy... when she asked who he was, he chuckled and replied with a gurgling voice "I don't think you remember me with this appearance, but..." he turned completely, and revealed the place where his gas grenades were still fixed, now corroded and covered with filth, and the symbol, in a rusty bronze, showing an smoky skull, the same symbol of the person who tried to gas them, the same that threw grenades and nearly choked Teddie, "I think you didn't forgot this..."

Moonlight's mind brought up memories of him hurting Teddie. Her fists got even tighter. "Did you kill Teddie!?" She growled, her eyes starting to become strange shapes. Axel stomped on her foot to stop the leader from doing her magic. She hissed at him and looked back at Brightlord.

"Do you really think that I would do that?" he advanced two steps forward and the little creature on his shoulder pad smiled viciously, he continued to talk "Why do everyone think I am the bad guy.... he burst into a hysterical laugh, because I am the bad one of course! But I didn't killed this girl, why would I even do this, Splitside maked peace and her mother is now back! So why?" the vents in his back hummed a bit before calming themselves, his green lenses sparkled even more, the little creature chuckled, and imitated the laughter with a squealing voice, two of his tentacles which replaced his right arm rose up like snakes, suppurating with a yellowish liquid, on the lookout, suddenly, he chuckled and one of the pipes swelled, to the point of cracking, before sending its content in the mutated body "I am... something now, I am not the Blightlord you once knew, I am now...better...and...more, how can I say...upgraded..." the creature repeted the sentence before laughing like a maniac...

The Blightlord burst out laughing, from the outside it might seem like a fit ou coughing, but he was laughing out loud, the pipes at the bottom of his body filled with blood before sending it back into the body in a disgusting spasm, he stopped to laugh and his lenses focused again on Moonlight and the boy "Everything has changed.... And you, did you changed?" the little thing on his shoulder changed places, making sly faces. She wanted to play at that? Alright, he was going to play

He turned the head, looking at the boy, "Nice to meet you Axel!", he then reported his attention back on Moonlight, he responded at Moonlight with a mocking gurgling noise, "No, you didn't changed, still got the same temper...", he giggled and the little thing laughed mischievously, and showed his abnormally long tongue to Moonlight...
