She padded closer to the vole's scent. She crouched into her best hunting position. But when she pounced, she fell. The vole ran. Irritated, Burrpaw stood up on her paws and shook out her fur.

Dirtkit tasted the air, but he couldn't smell a patrol, or hear them, or see them. "Come on, this way," He meowed, kind of turning Sharpkit around, then half-running, half-walking back to camp, looking over his shoulder periodically to make sure Sharpkit was still there.

Clan meeting! Maybe deputy will be chosen? he wasn't sure just yet but it didn't concern him,for what ever the cat chosen he'd follow their orders just the same. Stepping towards the front of the gathering crowd Moonsoot looked around for softpaw to hopefully see his new apprentice.
Looking up at Twi was just the same old-same-old she still looked horrible,thats what he felt like. He caused her scar to re-open it wasn't really a happy feeling right now with his life basically falling apart at the seems. Cloverpaw and Sealight were missing,it was a mess! Wiping his eye free from sleepyness he waited for his leader to speak.

Darkclaw padded over to the breezerock and sat down. She was a bit worried of how Twilightstar struggled a bit to get on the breezerock but was relieved when her leader looked pretty healthy.

Waspstorm hared after the vole. He wasn't about to let easy prey go. He chased it until it was cornered, then he snapped its spine. He then padded back to Burrpaw. "For voles, sometimes you need to chase them and not pounce." He advised

Twigkit gasped. "Really!?! Protect an apprentice?" He straightened up, and jutted out his chin. "It would be my honor," He meowed sincerely.
