She grunted again, ignoring the Warrior and curling up, pretending to go to sleep. She wasn’t going to bed that night, she was going to meet her siblings. And yet, every moon she did so. But, with Wolffang now as deputy, she wasn’t quite sure she could keep it up. Miststone’s shivered a bit, remembering their last meeting.

The tabby tom barely acknowledged the rest of Twilightstar's announcements - a brief flick of his ear the only indicator that he had been listening at all. He didn't know much about Wolffang and, frankly, didn't much care. If he was going to be anything significant, he would prove it in time.

Instead, he sized up his new little buddy. Surely to Dirtpaw's displeasure, Sleepyslug placed a paw on the apprentice's head and ruffled his fur, "Don't you worry a bit about me, little buddy, it's not me who's stuck in camp, after all - just you. I can always send you off to do some of those duties Twilightstar was talking about if I need to."

"Now, it's clear to me you've already gotten yourself into a lick of trouble with Twilightstar there, so spill."

She trotted out of the den to sleep by the entrance lying down as she slowly fell asleep
