The kitten had been lounging in the sun outside the nursery, allowing herself to take a short break from the many stresses of kitten life, in this case not catching that darned butterfly. That is, until she spotted the small group of cats forming near the entrance. Inquisitive, she'd push herself to her paws, shake off the specks of dust that clung to her dense fur, and begin making her way to the group. "Whatcha doin'?" Mint would question once she was close enough, raising a small brow as she fell in line with the group.

Dirtpaw sat at the fresh-kill pile, prodding a rabbit, wondering if he should eat it. What he really wanted to hunt. Stupid punishment.

Skyleaf flicked her ears in frustration. She shook her head. "No, you can't go out with Icepaw. That's the rules. I'm sorry, but I can't change them."

Wait - did she hear that right? Snowypaw was just looking for Gulltwist? "Well, Gulltwist can't really be far off. Is she your mentor? Why are you searching for her?"

For StarClan's sake, she asked too many questions. It'd be more useful if she'd just come to a point. "If you want, I can come with you and Icepaw to earch for Gulltwist." Skyleaf meowed.

It shouldn't be that hard. After all, warriors just sometimes went hunting. And that was fine. But it seemed Snowypaw needed Gulltwist, for whatever reason.

Sharpkit padded over and sat next to him. She looked away, not bothering to get something to eat.

"Yeah," Sharpkit looked at him.
Why was he so scared? About her, maybe? They weren't littermates, so he had no reason to worry about her. Maybe it was because they were becoming friends. Sharpkit had never had a friend before, unless that counted her adopted siblings, but that wasn't the same. Not really. Or maybe something bad was happening with him. Maybe someone he was close to had died. Sharpkit didn't exactly keep up with the current events, so a cat could have been taken away to StarClan without her noticing.
