Moonpaw (she/her)
Shadowclan Black calico with half face ginger and amber eyes
╚═════════*.·:·.☽✧ ✦ ✧☾.·:·.*═════════╝
Moonpaw's pelt automatically bristled in alarm as Dawnstar descended from her seat on the Shadowledge to directly address her and her brother. Luckily Windclan had just left, but the scarred leader's rage was directed at his mentor as well... as if this situation wasn't already bad enough.
Is she accusing me of arrogance?! Moonpaw would have likely concentrated her emotions on that thought, but Pinepaw was still held like a prisoner under Elmshadow's grip and the menace in Dawnstar's voice was enough to shut her mouth.
At Darkfall's warning tap, the black calico molly glanced at Pinepaw again with a mixture of shock and rage. Always getting us in trouble... Don't do anything stupid. She really believed in the leader's menaces, and she would never be able to witness such a cruel punishment for silly behavior.
The newly made apprentice turned away her gaze without any enthusiasm, forcing herself to follow his mentor out of the clear sight at the back of the crowd. He sounds angry, she thought, but she could feel a real warning hidden inside his words.
Was this really what their clan was based on? Terrible menaces directed at young cats, our own tongues controlled by the high ranks through punishments and fear... We're not really free, are we?
She threw his brother a last glance, wondering what his destiny would be. Would he live? What was Dawnstar going to do with him? In any case, Moonpaw was sure to have lost the last of her family that day.
@NinjaBloss
Hawkbite was taken aback the words he was hearing from a fellow warrior. Were they really siding with the WindClanners? His green gaze shot towards the other warrior, narrowing half with disbelief. "That feline is hiding from a public slaughter due to their incompetence as a warrior," the tom spoke, "WindClan is known for making things more dramatic than they really are. That feline probably go so lost, they ended up where they did. What use do we have with their kits. . . NONE."
The warrior flattened his ears. He refused to believe Twilightstar. As much as he didn't care for Dawnstar, he was still loyal to his clanmates. His gaze then shot back towards Vixensnarl, curious if his sister -- who wasn't that far from him -- had heard what Flamecall had just said. More likely, he was looking for her support. Or anyones.
Flamecall rolled their eyes and made a great enough show of it so that Hawkbite would know for sure that it was directed at him. “I’m not a bunny-lover- I must say this before you brand me as one and try to get me punished-, and I don’t like WindClan, one bit, but listen, will you?” They asked, eyes narrowing right back at Hawkbite, “There is no way- no plausible way- that the stars aligned ever so perfectly that our lovely Vixendance-“ They said “lovely” like an insult, “-got lost and ended up getting brought back by many ‘respected’ cats of WindClan who all share the same story. I’m not saying it isn’t possible that the bunnies are lying, but they seemed really heated about this, and I think it is worth listening. It literally never hurt a soul to pause and listen for a moment to make sure you’re not just going to spit dung the next time you open your mouth.”

Thornclaw mismatched his ears but nevertheless stayed out of the gathering cats way, his eyes locked onto dawnstar for a moment as he took thought of her decisions then looking to the other cats he huffed as he watched while staying out of the cats ways
So much was happening at the Shadowledge, and everything was happening in a flash. Before she knew it, Dappledleaf was nearby, ushering with her to the nursery several other kits, alongside the little one she got to take after gently nudging it closer as to regroup all the kits. Sagepaw had come with her too. Giving the forever queen a grateful smile, she nodded lightly before commotion caught her ear. Mismatched eyes were horrified to find a startling sight of Pinepaw and Elmshadow, over in nearly a flash when the medicine cat let the apprentice stand at Dawnstar's command. Still, Moonpaw's feared words reverbated clear in her ears and sight of the frenzied fear was burned to her mind. The sight was scarily unfamiliar and yet not surprising, as though she'd seen it before but never could recall. Frozen in place, Nightshiver could only watch, holding her breath, as Moonpaw got reigned back by her new mentor and Pinepaw... Subject to receive whatever may pass through the dark leader's mind. She felt awful for the child, Moonpaw, she shouldn't have to see this. And Pinepaw shouldn't have... Not now. The reasoning wasn't there. Fearing for his fate, wondering why Dawnstar didn't just let him go, the former queen swallowed thickly and sat back from her aching paws and look towards Moonpaw with a subtle, gentle glance. She couldn't find words, she couldn't speak, she could only watch and hope. "d..do you.. need.. any.. m-more he..help?"
Was ultimately all she could ask, turning back towards Dappledleaf, her already quiet voice lowering with each beat. This was the only way she could pull herself from the trance that took over her mind, reminding herself of Dappledleaf and the hoard of children she had to get back -- if she hadn't already? So caught up, she had barely taken notice of all that moved around her, save for the images burned to her mind.

He stood to his feet as he gulped and backed up "H-how about a warning? then next time you can take both?" he tried to reason with her as his tail tucked between his legs "I-it wont happen again" he bowed his head to the leader as his eyes met hers
his pelt bloody and filled with grass as he held his paw up in pain he knew next time peach'frost touched him he would slit her throat for this as a deep growl from his stomach emerged in the silence
Dawnstar stared at Vixendance like he had grown a second head. "A warning, you trespassed in another clan's territory, intruded in the camp, tried to steal one of their kits, and that's all on top of the humiliation you brought me and ShadowClan." Dawnstar gave a throaty growl.
"That goes beyond a simple warning, you're a disgrace." Disgrace? Dawnstar paused as an idea dawned on her... no pun intended. "Disgrace, perhaps that might be a fitting punishment. I'll spare you the pain of losing your useless eyes, but in return, I'll strip you of your warrior rank. You'll live in one of the corner dens, away from the rest of the clan. You'll be assigned apprentice duties, you'll not be allowed to join any patrols, you will be confined to the camp not be allowed to leave unsupervised or without my approval or you forfeit your life, nor are you allowed to join any future gatherings."
"You'll have no apprentice, nor will you be allowed to train any clan apprentice, you'll hunt your own prey if you want to eat, and you will not speak to any cat unless spoken to. You will be a living reminder to the clan and the next generation of ShadowClan warriors of what happens to cats who bring shame upon ShadowClan, you will tell your story to all who ask why you are a disgrace, kidnapper. With fortune, they'll learn from your mistakes. Your new rank will be a Disgrace. If you are lucky you may be able to redeem yourself, otherwise, you'll live the rest of your days as ShadowClan's living shame. Either accept that or give me your eyes, your choice."
Icebeam(silver & white trans female Australian mist w/ blue eyes, has a scar across her muzzle)
Icebeam noticed Dawnstar talking to her and Beansprout. "Beansprout was a little... ahem... heated up in the moment... they didn't mean to attack me!" Icebeam would not have her mate get exiled for an accident.
As she waited for Vixendance's reply she turned her gaze back over to Icebeam as she tried to cover for her mate. "I want Beansprout checked out by Elmshadow or Ivysnake, if Beansprout isn't mentally stable enough to continue being a warrior we'll have to work something out. I will not tolerate this behavior. I can't have them attacking you or any other clanmate just because they get 'heated'. If I don't get an all-clear from one of our medicine cats or learn that they failed to get a check-up, I will follow up with a punishment fitting of the disobedience."

Dawnstar is the leader of ShadowClan. She has a semi-closed den policy as in do not enter without asking permission first or her fangs'll greet you. ShadowClan Resources ||| Dawnstar ||| ||| Kit Curriculum Finder
From his position a tail-length behind Vixendance, Shadowfur rose as the blind tom began backing away from Dawnstar’s fearsome form. Fortunately, the tiny fragment of brain that bounced around his skull connected with the right place, since he didn’t make an attempt to run.
Dawnstar initially threatened to take his eyes, but changed her tune and opted to name him the first of a new rank: the Disgraces. He would be treated like an apprentice - without the ‘paw suffix it seemed - and forced to hunt for himself. In addition, he wouldn’t be permitted to talk to anyone unless spoken to, nor would he be permitted to ever take an apprentice or go to Gatherings. It seemed to him that this change was intended to be permanent.
The black tom narrowed his eyes at Vixendance. I’ll have to keep an eye on him, in case he decides not to bother adhering to his new restrictions.
Personally, Shadowfur didn’t see the point of permanently assigning a cat to this new rank. Temporarily? Sure. Permanently, and they were just a waste of space and potentially herbs. They didn’t need cats to sulk around camp for the rest of their lives sweeping dens and changing nests; that’s what apprentices and troublesome warriors were for. The difference was that apprentices and warriors had an actual purpose beyond that.
However, he wasn’t about to voice his concerns. At least, not now. Perhaps in the future, if Vixendance became a drain on resources or otherwise never found a way to contribute beyond mundane chores. The tom continued to stare at the troublesome idiot through narrowed eyes, opting to shift his expression into one of disgust.
Meanwhile, Dawnstar ordered Beansprout to be checked out by Elmshadow or Ivysnake. It didn’t surprise Shadowfur that warriors under Dawnstar would end up attacking one another; their leader lived her life in perpetual violence, so it wasn’t unreasonable to expect different from her warriors. Still, Dawnstar was right to have Beansprout evaluated.

He felt his whole word get a whole lot smaller in the moment, his ears pinned as he felt his fur rise "Disgrace?" he repeted to himself as he looked into the darkness, his head pounding as he thought of the screams of his ma and pa "Dawn'star, i am not a disgrace." his nose scrunched like a wolves as his teeth bared razor sharp as he stomped into the mud, a tiny bit splashing on his white ankles.
he tried to keep his composure "we will never be enough for your greed." he said in a toned voice as tears weld in his eyes as he turned his head "May Star'clan lead your path" he nodded as he went from his crouched position to a more formal and encouraged "I would rather eat my eyes then become a disgrace." he spat as his head pounded again and again "If this is what shadow'clan has come to, warriors turning on each other and their leader publicly shaming a blind young warrior who has trained my rump off to be who i am today and i make a single mistake and you want to take my eyes out or make me a public outcast?" he started to laugh hysterically, he had reached his limit as his insanity started to crumble.. or what bit he had left at least

FROSTSCREECH
Simply a reaction and a few words are said, that’s why I quoted you.
“Will you shut up, you talking is hurting my ears more than Pinepaw and even that’s saying something. What is up with you guys think you are some god like figure. Are you done? Get it out of your system yet, Vixendance?” The warrior yowled across the clearing towards the Disgrace. Could they have a single normal meeting??? Was that so much to ask Starclan. The bengal scowled towards the idiot. Vixendance was something else, embarrassing wasn’t even enough to describe the guy. Frostscreech mentally added the statement ‘You sit here practically begging for mercy? There’s no mercy where you’re going….’ He almost would’ve said it aloud but he wasn’t one to normal state his religious beliefs publicly like that. It wasn’t his place. Everyone believed in something different than him so he would keep it to himself unlike his stepfather had done to him….that was something he was thankful that was gone now. Swallowscreech wasn’t forcing things down his throat. But hey the guy didn’t have one now… not even in the darkforest. Or that’s what Frostscreech silently prayed.

Teeth clamped down on the tail of the vicious warrior, and she couldn't help but feel a rush of accomplishment. This was awesome. Look at her, winning in a fight against Breezeclan. They wished they were her. All would cower in fear before her vicious teeth and swiping claws. What a bunch of bozos. Teeth grabbed her scruff and she was torn away, watching two of her fellow kits riot as well, though both missing the evil lady. "RAAAA LET ME GO I MUST FIGHT!!" Vipersnatch wasn't a very good Shadowclan cat, was she. She wouldn't let Spiritkit go chomp, and, at the moment, that was all she wanted to do. Squirming around in the other ladies jaws, her fur puffed out and the black pom-pom radiated fury. Little dog, big personality energy tbh.
