Since Cosmo couldn't seem to find his way back to fishers point he decided to wander around the area. If he was making this trek from the city, he might as well look around too. As he wandered around the weird terrain, he was surprised to see another cat there. He was suspicious that they may not have been here for a good purpose, but he decided to approach them anyway for the fun of it.

Spiderstorm was out and about and living the good, stink-free life. Not really, she hadn't done anything productive in days, but that was the point! She could sit back, relax, and cry in peace. So who was the real winner? Those stinkies back at her beloved RiverClan, or her?

Naturally she wasn't paying attention until she caught scent of a certain stink.
Weuuw. They should probably take a swim. "who's you, smelly?" she said with a tail wave at the nerd.

"Sm-Smelly? What kind of opener is that?" Cosmo was a bit surprised when this random cat called him that. He had never dared to call anyone that in the city and no one dared to call him that. In the city that kind of language could get you on some cats bad side. "I'm Cosmo, and who might you be.. smelly?"

"hey, i'm not smelly, you're smelly!" Spiderstorm shot back quickly. Not five seconds in and there was already slander. This guy was stinky! "i'm gonna call you cos. is that ok, cos? anyway, i'm spiderstorm. but that's long. so you can call me whatever. as long as it isn't 'smelly', 'cuz that's misleading, 'cuz i'm very unsmelly." Had to make sure she drove that point home.

Tempo walked out of his den, theatrically yawning. His camp was set up for the night, he would have a ridiculously amazing sleep, then confront his fears(which were NONE omg he was not fully booked!!), and have a delicous meal of c-oh, silly him - those were his plans today!! He relished the feeling of having nothing to do and realized he actually probably had to do that @#%* today. Ugh. Did he really have to? He'd earned a break!! Yes. Yes, if anyone asked why he wasn't doing.. whatever he was supposed to do, his excuse was: "I've earned a break, you fool." How perfect, spectaculary splendid and wise that plan was. He was a genius! A quite handsome genius too, he thought, as he watched his reflection in a small puddle. He batted his eyelashes at himself.

No, it's not stupid and vain, it's stupid and simply.. hot. That was his motto, his mantra, his code, what got him up every morning. (Actually, what got him up was his need to drink and eat, and exercise, should he not turn into a total slob. Well, not that, it was a bit too late for that.) Tempo needed to impress the crowds. They'd swoon. They'd cheer. "What a handsome devil," they'd say.

But only after his coffee break.

"I'm sure.." Cosmo wasn't quite sure about Spiderstorm's first statement but he brushed over it. The clap back however didn't catch him off guard. He was expecting it, and he had definitely heard worse in the city. "Cos? Isn't that what the humans call each other? I mean, I guess its okay.. Spiderstorm? That's a strange name, the humans don't usually name their kittypets that. Not even alley cats are named that, where are you from?" It was interesting her name, could she be one of those weird forest cats he heard about? If she was, he was definitely going to keep his distance. Rumor in the city was that they were ruthless to anyone crossing their territory and he wasn't looking for a fight right now.

Dawnpaw, was just slightly out of her Clans boundries, ThunderClan's boundries. She wasn't aware of this though because she was working on balancing after jumping from tree branch to tree branch, she would be a warrior soon hopefully. she was about the right age. She jumped to another tree when a squirrel made squirrel noises at her and ran off. (I dont know what to call the noise squirrels make ._.) Dawnpaw was caught off balance and tumbled off the tree. Luckily it wasn't very high, but she still somehow didn't land on her paws and landed on her back. "Owww." She mumbled standing up and shaking her orange and white pelt off. (Ima get *Sparkles* Descriptive *Sparkles*) Her Emerald green eyes shone in the sunlight, they held light annoyance. Her Light orange fur was well groomed although a tiny bit matted from her fall and her white white paws glowing in the bright green grass with a little patch of soft colored flowers behind her. She looked at the cat in front of her.

A kittypet? Did she look like a kittypet? ! Naaah. She was way too ripped to be one of those pampered ol' kits. Look at those muscles. Thems were RiverClan warrior muscles. Cough. Former.

Nevertheless she could have fun with this.

"yeah. er. twolegs usually don't call their kittypets cosmo either, do they? you're the first i've heard of anyway. twolegs are weird with names, to be fair. you a kittypet?"

Which should she go with? Loner, kittypet? Stray? Rogue? They were all just labeled 'outsider' in her head but maybe they had different vibes. Which seemed the most friendly but dangerous? Stray? Hmm, yeah. That seemed right. "so, about your question, i'm a bit of a stray. y'know, come here and there. don't hang around these parts too often cuz it stinks the uh... food is better over yonder so that's probably why we haven't met yet."

Yep definitely that was the reason, there was no stinkiness here. Never...

"me? a kittypet? There must be something wrong with your eyes spud. I'm an alley cat! I'm from the city. I think people also call it being a stray? But I think you'd have to be a kittypet beforehand to be that. I was born 'n raised in the streets." Cosmo wondered what he was doing wrong to be suspected of being a lowly kittypet. Those guys didn't know how good they had it. All in their nice homes with constant access to food and clean water. Of course Cosmo envied them, but he would never take the life of a kittypet. Even for all those luxuries. Cosmo's gave a suspicious look to Spiderstorm's next comment though. "Its not like I visit these parts either spud. I'm usually waay far from here, and are you sure about that? You'd rather have dirty rat and pigeon then fresh mouse and sparrow? I would much rather have the food over here, I don't know what you're having but please let me know as I'd love to try it."

"my eyes?? there must be something wrong with your eyes if you think something's wrong with my eyes, cos." spiderstorm rolled her eyes and flicked a tiny pebble in cos's direction using her claw. in a friendly way though. or at least she hoped it came across that way. it didn't seem objectively friendly but she had faith cos would get the sentiment or at least not bully her for it. "ayyy, strays together! it was written in the stars." the warrior exclaimed, this time the friendliness more apparent. because yes she too was definitely born and raised on the streets 100%.

"yea yea ok, you say that as if you can actually catch sparrows n mice in the forest. all this practice you've got n i could probably beat you." she was always lookin' for some competition even though she hadn't totally been honest about.. well anything really. including her hunting xp. but ah, whatever. cos wouldn't care anyway. probably. cos was a chum. one could even say a pal. but she still wasn't gonna say anything. "see, i wouldn't tell you what i'm havin'. that's how you get things to have for the having. the good food is all mine to have."
