"Then I will help," they said immediately. "With the burial. I'll help." They wouldn't leave Mirehound to handle this on her own. The sounds of the meeting died in their ears as they positioned themselves beside her, thick tail curled around their paws. A sentinel of sorts, mismatched eyes scanning the crowd for potential threats. They watched Grapevine carefully for a moment before they looked away again. The cat was an idiot, but was certainly not a danger. Starrycrash didn't care to acknowledge the rest of the information presented; unless Mirehound or Iciclestrike decided to participate in this seizure, it did not affect them.

So cocky! Her smile widened. Arrogance looks better on someone of intelligence. There was a reason she'd been given the title of enforcer, yet here was a no-name warrior thinking he had any standing to be arrogant in the face of her threat. Her blue eyes rolled. "So observant of you? You're still stuck on that, hm?" she giggled, straightening her posture as her blue eyes played over Deadwish's movements. "Shadows, I didn't realize anybody could be denser and less observant than a rock. I don't care who you are or what you do or where you sleep," she giggled. "The only thing I care to know is that you're supposedly a Shadowclanner who's trying to play victim by demonizing Dawnstar and now you're still talking.You don't matter. If you're going to act like a Thunderclanner then you'll be treated as such," she giggled, lowering herself again in a readied position. Her pelt buzzed with the game of it all. The self-importance of this tom was juicier than any freshkill she'd had since the previous greenleaf.

Dawnstar made a good point about the added patrols, he conceded. He gave a brief nod in understanding though he hoped, at the least, that the patrols that were sent out to the border would be well thought out and strong. Shrewstone wasn't sure he'd forgive the wait or the enforcer if another attack killed more Shadowclanners along the same border. But he said nothing. It was not his place nor would speaking on it do any good. He didn't trust Dawnstar or most of her enforcers, but he knew how command worked well enough.

Mintbranch stepped forward, blocking his brother from the she-cat."This is enough" he meowed sharply. Glaring at his brother with narrowed mint green hues. "Your creating trouble for nothing, your not more important than the rest of us!" he hissed quietly, turning to the enforcer. "You should know better as an enforcer to ignore this. Punish it later and don't give him the attention he wants. Your making him enjoy this more than you are." turning to his brother he growled. "Don't say anything to her! Hush, your making her enjoy herself more." he snorted. "Your an idiot, really. Fighting with an enforcer? For the stars sake the enforcers commander?" he laughed. "Mother really was right, you are the most stupid out of us four. Learn some respect and learn to know your place." he growled. "Go! Go to your little hole, and bring your mate so you don't get in more trouble" he added with a snort. "Mothcloud please go with him" he said softly. Mintbranch's minty green eyes shining with bordem. "Idiot brother, idiot ways, idiot clanmates" he muttered as he walked back to Cloversun and sat down. His tail flicking aggressively.

Mintbranch leaned a bit closer to Cloversun, his tense body relaxing. "I've never gone off like that" he whispered. "I feel weird. I only ever talk to you in full sentences..." he gave a small smile to Cloversun.

When nothing, aside from the petty argument going on in the background, rang out. Dawnstar began calling out apprentices for reassignments.

"Swanpaw [ serendipity. ], Asterpaw [ cottagecake ], Needlepaw [ Bean_The_Cat ]. It's time for your reassignment."

"Branchfire [ Faith. ] you are training Swanpaw."

"Patchwish [ Cinderspirit ] I want you training Asterpaw."

"Needlepaw your new mentor is Starrycrash [ dino. ]"

"Lightsky [ Darkfall ], since I've been informed that Daypaw's [ xavier.], has been lacking you'll be taking over his training once he's cleared from the medicine den."

The reassignment wasn't too bad this moon. She assumed this meant that warriors were starting to actually take their duties a bit more seriously.

"I'm uncertain how many of you have been made aware of this, but because of her inability to heed my simple orders, Shadowflight was found dead in the territory. We're assuming it was done by a rogue, but aren't quite certain. Since the deaths are still happening, I will not be lifting the buddy rule. If anything it will be extended for a few extra moons, or at least until I figure out what's with all of this death." That was a bit infuriating considering they had lost a queen this time. At the same time, if Shadowflight followed orders she probably wouldn't be dead right now.

"Since she's met my expectations and surpassed a few, I'm promoting Mirehound to the rank of Enforcer." Considering how hard Mirehound has been working it seemed only fit to give her the rank. She already ran around acting more like one than half of her Enforcers anyway.

"Regarding the upcoming gathering, due to the fact I've found it needless to get off the rocks when I now have six of you, I'm adding a new duty to the Enforcer rank. You'll be charged with keeping an eye out for any suspicious cats or outsiders during the gatherings, alongside the regular duty of helping me keep order within the clan. You will issue any trespassers you catch one warning, and then you have my permission to attack them, if they aren't getting the message and fleeing by then, you have my permission to kill them. I don't see the point in wasting breath or energy on rogues and loners who have no place amongst us." Dawnstar glanced at each of her Enforcers in turn.

"If one of the other clans catches the outsider before anyone from ShadowClan, leave them be unless they're going to die or something," Dawnstar added thoughtfully, she didn't like the other clans but outsiders were a threat to all clans, so she could put aside her personal feelings if it meant ridding the world of such scum. "Any trespassers that decide to leave needs to be escorted out of the gathering just as any unruly clanmates or sly furballs do. I don't need them stealing prey or worse while we're not watching." Hopefully, this would keep her from having to tend to such tedious tasks during the gathering now.

"If you haven't heard, I'll be adding a new rank to the clan called the Disgrace. They'll serve as the lowest rank within the clan, below the kits and elders. Any cat who earned the rank of Disgrace will stripped of their previous rank. The Disgraced will live in one of the corner dens, away from the rest of the clan, and strictly stuck on apprentice duties. They'll not be allowed to join any patrols with permission, they'll be confined to the camp and not be allowed to leave unsupervised or without my approval, or their lives are forfeited your life. The Disgrace can not speak to any clanmates without being spoken to. Considering the disgrace are barely fit to call themselves members ShadowClan, of course, they'll be banned from gatherings."

"The disgraced will not be allowed to train apprentices or mentor. If they want to eat or be healed, they must find someone willing to leave camp so they can hunt for herbs and prey themselves. Medicine cats will have the choice of tending to the Disgraced or not. The Disgraced will serve as a living reminder to the clan and the next generation of ShadowClan warriors of what happens to cats who bring shame upon ShadowClan, their story will be told to all who asked as to how they earned such a rank. With fortune, the Clan will learn from their mistakes." They'd essentially be living prisoners in ShadowClans, doomed to die a shameful and humbled death. Forever remembered as the Stain of ShadowClan.

"This rank will not be permeate if the Disgrace gets enough support from the Clan and an Enforcer or high rank, believing they've earned their former rank back. I'd be willing to instate their previous rank and welcome them back as clanmates, so long as I deem the reasons fitting." She didn't give an exact number of clanmates needing to speak on behalf of the Disgrace, but she figure at least four cats plus an enforcer, or medicine cats should grant enough merit for a potential redemption.

"Meeting Dismissed." Dawnstar finished, leaping down from the Shadowledge. "Oh, those of you who fought with ThunderClan I expect all of you to visit Elmshadow and Ivysnake. You're no use to ShadowClan injured."

Great. A new rank that fitted what he was doing already. It sucked, it really did. But, his life would be no different. Well, he suppose it was better than being dead. But was it? That was the Question. But, he had a perfect plan to escape. He would ask a weak- scrawny cat to bring him out for- something. Once they are in the territory, he would claw the eyes off of them. And make a run for it. It was perfect. Dawnstar will never see it coming. Neither any other cat. He just needed a good enough reason to get out.

 

Foxtooth thought he would claw himself? He could ask to look for herbs. Or starve himself until he was starving and some cat had to take him out. Or he could catch some kind of sickness and get some herbs.

He just needed a cat to go out with. He looked around for any cats worthy of becoming blind.

Walnutpaw sat nearby, their eyes narrowed in thought, focused on where their leader stood. She didn't understand why their leader would allow such cats to stay in the clan instead of just exiling them. Digging her claws into the ground, her face returned to complete calm. There was nothing they could do, and they honestly couldn't care enough to do anything about it. They let out a sigh. "Only StarClan knows. All I can do is accept that." She mumbled to herself, standing up. Her gaze trailed across the area, locking on those who had now been labeled Disgraces. A horrible title for horrible cats. Although she had no authority nor right to judge any cat in the clan.
