Aspen raised an eyebrow at him as he off without another word. He was quite demanding, saying without a doubt that she was staying here. “And you think he’d at least have the decency to at least tell me his name.” She muttered under her breath and shifted into her wolf form, her golden-brown fur swifting slightly in the breeze that moved through the treehouse. The she-wolf leapt off the bed, wincing at the numb pain in her side from her wound and walked across the room to look out one of the openings in the home to look down at the forest below. “I wonder if anyone else is out there..” Aspen wondered out-loud, her tail flicking back and forth.

Night was in halfway to reaching his blade when he suddenly stopped. Wasn't he hiding because he was following that...... His thoughts trailed off as he slowly turned his head to look at the ragdoll. Does he know I'm here? He thought in panic.

Jay skunked through the town starting to head for the woods. That's where he had seen some of the hybrids flee to. The thought was fresh in his mind of the houses of hybrids he had burned down with the hybrids inside. Those hybrids could have escaped but all the others that were slaughtered by angry towns people had less of a chance at living. Jay didn't think about the slaughtered hybrids at the moment as he took step through the first rows of trees. The hunter glanced at the forest floor which had had a few drops of blood splattered on it. Jay touched one of the drops smearing his finger in blood before noticing tufts of whitish fur snagged on some branches and sighing,"They sure aren't good at covering their tracks."

Ava woke to the sound of her family 's screams. In the front of her bedroom,by the door was a government agent pointing a gun at her. She screamed. The next second she had morphed into a snowleapord and was pouncing on him,which crushed his rib cage. Then she bit hard into his neck with her tiger-like jaws. She turned around. The man was dead,her family was dead,the house was burning and she had nowhere to go. Due to instinct,she turned around then busted out the window. Then,she ran to the edge of the forest.

At the edge of the forest ava morphed back into a human.
She wiped her mouth off,which was covered in blood. "What have i done."she whispered. Then,she sat against a tree and began crying.

A few minutes later her dog sat down next to her. "Snowflake?"ava said. She looked at her wolf dog mix for a while than hugged him." Im glad to have you."she said." Lets go find some other morphs,maybe they can help."she said standing up. Afterwards , she and snowflake ran to find other morphs.

Night wasn't taking any risks to find out, so he ran to get his switchblade and then ran the opposite direction. Hopefully he's not following me, please don't make him follow me. He thought in terror. He looked back and didn't realize someone else was running to his direction.

Jay turned his head swishing his black hair as he heard speech. Towns people usually didn't stay into the forest so the hunter had the faintest idea that it was a hybrid. The man gripped his shotgun on his belt as he followed the path clearly layed out by a hybrid. By the looks of it and all the fur on the branches of bushes the hybrid was either a dog it had a dog. Jay knew the girl had been crying since he had heard it along with her speaking probably to her dog. The hunter finally started to gain on the girl and started to pull his shotgun out of its holster before aiming it at the girl between her and her white dog,"Put your hands up miss unless you want to be shot. I know your tricks as well as the rest of your species." He spat the word species as if spitting out something bitter. Hybrids were valuable at least since the government wanted them then they would hopefully pay money to take one hostage and maybe have expierements done on it and such.
