Blossombreeze's gentle soul almost escaped the warriors body as the Shadowclan cats rained down upon their camp. As a queen it was rare she was ever involved in fighting, her mind had all but forgotten her training. She staggered across the clearing, her heart pounding harshly in her chest as she did so. Maybe she would be more useful posted outside of the nursery? She was hardly any use during the battle.

Flintfreckle saw the nursery and the warriors posted outside of it. He would not go for the kits, but maybe give the warriors there a fright he would. Lashing his black and white speckled tail and launched himself at a she-cat who was staggering across the clearing towards the nursery with a fierce growl. He was doing this for his mate and his unborn kits, to bring his clan honor and make his kits safer. He let out a growl and unsheathed his claws as he flew at the she-cat, claws outstretched and teeth bared.

I shouldn’t have let her come! “Dogpaw! Don’t let your emotions get the best of you!” he did really sound like a dad. The tom scooted psst a quarrelling pair and pushed his shoulder into her side ushering her away from the fighting. “I shouldn’t have let you come- this anger is going to get you killed!”

Dandelionmilk took advantage of the tom not noticing her stalking behind him now. Her heart was pounding in her chest and her paws itched with anxiety. She felt sick to her stomach with nerves. She shook her head and reared up, aiming to slash at Blazingpaw's flank.

Ratwhorl was ready to fight. When he spotted Nettlespark it was already too late to immediately defend himself. Yowling in rage and pain, the large brown tom moved to shove his ShadowClan opponent off of him with his shoulder. With a large swipe of his paw, he aimed to swipe at the tom's muzzle to inflict the most amount of pain he could manage in his position.

The tabby was surprised to not have met immediate opposition for a moment as she ran into the camp clearing. That was short-lived as someone collided with Cinderstripe, causing her to be thrown to the ground. She quickly rolled to her paws as she looked at the aggressor, hoping her opponent had been just as affected by the collision as she had been. Otherwise, they might have the upper-paw.

Shadedpath had pulled Myrtlepaw away just before some young and dump warrior got in a cheap shot. The elder warrior green eyes narrowed to slits as she jumped at them, fully set on toppling them with their superior size. She snared with the full force of a vengeful mother.
