Honeypaw growled as charged towards the first cat who moved. He was aiming to bowl him over with his large size. He fangs were bared and his claws, unsheathed. "I'll become a warrior for this!"

Goosepaw leaped over Sootpaw as his friend fell to the ground at the blow. With a yowl he aimed two vicious blows at Honeypaw's face, darting in front of Sootpaw to guard him from the attack oncoming. This apprentice would not be getting his claws on his friend.
"Get back to the nursery, kid!" he snarled, sparing a glance toward the brain dead child who decided to interrupt. "You don't want to be caught up in this."

Honeypaw yowled as one of the attacks hit his face. It had slashed the area right by his left eye. That was going to leave a scar. He would give them one too. He rushed and clawed wildly at them, he hadn't noticed the kit.

Nodding in thanks to goosepaw , the grey tom gave a snort at honeypaw only to dodge as many of the wild attacks as he could. He had a few good slashes at this neck ...which would leave some more scars...the scratch? Barely anything .Snarling he went to honeypaws side and decided to be risky. He aimed to bite the apprentices left shoulder , hard. He may miss...But he tried. Atleast it wasn't his neck! don't kill...don't kill....only maim....or seriously injure ...

“But there's no point to it, right?” Thornkit asked. “Sure, Shadowclan attacked Thunderclan, so now you're attacking us, but...” They took a deep breath, preparing themselves. “There's no end to it. Now that you’ve attacked us, once we're healed, we'll probably attack you. And that'll just trigger an endless loop of fighting.” They padded towards the Nursery, not wishing to get their ears clawed off. “Just...keep that in mind before supporting the attack of a clan, ok?” They walked into the Nursery, heading for their nest.

Spiralheart caught sight of an apprentice-sized she cat charging in her direction. Silently hoping Lionstar was watching, she yowled and lunged for her, claws unsheathed and teeth bared.

Dogpaw was foaming at that mouth in pure anger as she launched herself at the Riverclan cat. She aimed a powerful blow to Spiralhearts cheek, her sharp claws out and ready to use.

Doveheart stood outside the Nursery, no one was getting too close, that was good, she might come out of this with no injury if she was careful...
Why don’t you grab a Riverclan cat and start a fight, you aren’t doing anything right now, why not fight with your clanmates?a sinister voice cooed into her ear.
“Who said that?!” She meowed, then, she realized, it was probably no one, just one cat talking to another, there was so much fighting that words were getting jumbled together.
Hearing stuff like that was normal, right?

Goosepaw decided to ignore the brain dead child. It was only going to get in the way of the task at paw. He risked sparing a second furious glance at the stupid scrap of fur.
And that was his first mistake.
Honeypaw's claws flashed in his face. At first he didn't feel the pain, only stood, frozen, as warm liquid flowed down his right cheek.
Then he crumpled, one paw pressed to his eye, and let loose an ear-splitting howl of agony.

Like most of the cats of Shadowclan, the forever queen Smokewing, was sleeping when the ferocious yowl of Lionstar ripped through the comfortable early morning silence that was like a blanket over the clan. The yowl shattered the peace and tore her from her comfortable sleep, jolting her to her paws with a thundering heart and wide eyes.
Immediately her gaze went to the nursery entrance, she felt sick to her stomach. What would happen if one of those warriors decided to just.. Come in here? There was a reason she was a forever queen. She could not fight. She couldn't hunt. She was not cut out to be a warrior. But she would die for these kits if that's what it took.
So even though the fear was thick and making the room sway, the gray ticked tabby stumbled her way to the entrance to hold her ground. Or... Well just make sure no kits could wander outside, and that there were no kits outside while this assault happened. Immediately her eyes fell on Falconkit, Smokewing gasping and immediately going to lift the kit up by the scruff, carrying her to the back corner of the nursery.
"Stay here! Do not let them see you or hear you, think of it like a game of hide and seek." Turning around, fear evident in her eyes, she called to the rest of the kits in the nursery. "Kits! Gather around me please!"
