Beanpaw pricked his ears. Turkeys? Tur...key? What an odd name. But this could be fun! He really needed a partner... he could definitely use his teeth to take the bird down but he needed someone else. Blue eyes searched for any familiar face, and landed happily on a friendly calico one. "Dayheart!" he called out, feeling a smile creep onto his face. The cat’s positivity was infectious — just being around him made Beanpaw’s day better. "You wanna team up and beat up some tur...keys?" he questioned, making sure he pronounced the strange word right!

Making sure Stripepaw had a partner already, Splashleap looked around for her own, hoping that she could find someone she knew, someone nice and that she wouldn't be with a random cat. Sure it was just hunting murderous birds......oh yeah. Murderous birds. Whoever she was with DEFINITELY needed to have her back. She couldn't fight one of these turkey things on her own, now could she? Spotting a cat she knew, Willowpaw, she asked Want to fight murder birds together? I bet we can take them! Even though she was a warrior and Willowpaw an apprentice, they were the same age so she didn't feel weird at all being so exuberant with her. @Rani

Twigpaw was absolutely up for a battle with evil birds, especially if they tasted good. So at Lionstar, no, Lionstorm's call he was pelting forward, pausing to ask Whitepaw , the first cat he really came up to since he wasn't that picky at this point, if she wanted to be his partner. He needed SOMEONE, didn't he? So, um......want to work together? To kill these turkey things? Since they taste good and um...there's no way I can kill one on my own. At least he didn't think so. His voice was a bit strained, since it was still weird talking to so many other cats, especially the she-cat apprentices. @TheShadowAnimal

Frostpaw had shifted her paws anxiously the birds were big and noisy ha! Reminded her of Twolegs. As a cat walked up to her she swallowed her breath puffed out her chest and nodded. I think we need a plan. She announced lifting her head. Someone was going to be a partner! Hm.. Now.. The best approach would probably be to attack it from behind.. Maybe hit a wing from another side? It's beak and legs looked somewhat dangerous.. Oh! Maybe they had to attack it's leg's? That would knock it off its legs and it was so clumsy! It probably wouldn't be able to get back up in time to defend itself. That sounded like a plan. Time to hear what she thought of it.

Whiteberry turned. Sure! You think they are dumb? They look like if prey walked into their claws they wouldn't care. If.. they are it could help us. She examined and she stared plainly at the huge birds. They were wobbling around looking like- fools really.
