Hm, that was strange, Charlie came to him and said he had to get wood? Eh whatever. He went farther into the mines until he found a mineshaft. The mineshaft looked like it was very old. Maybe him and Charlie could explore it together! Oliver went back up to the surface, to find Charlie get wood, ”Hey! Charlie, wanna go explore this epic mineshaft I found? There could be diamonds and we can become rich!” he said, excitingly. He hoped that Charlie would come, ”We can become rich together and take over the server !!!”

Plains

He'd messed up. He made Oliver mad and Aguirre.. seemed angry too. He had ruined everything. He barely noticed the tears falling down his face. Charlie walked on, searching for a tree, letting his tears fall. Was this really him? Empty and sad? Probably. He'd never be good enough for his amazing friends.. He stopped walking, stopping to wipe his tears. He couldn't help but sob as he did so. So stupid.. They didn't seem to stop coming. So he gave up. He continued to walk, on and on, until he arrived at a tree. Finally. Charlie chopped down the tree with his fists, finally having enough wood. He did the usual, crafting a crafting table and using it to make a wooden pickaxe. But why.. hadn't the tears gone away yet? Good question, Charlie.. Once again, he was broken out of his thoughts by Oliver. "O-Oh hey, Oliver.." His voice cracked and he winced, trying his hardest not to face Oliver. Gosh damn it.. why wouldn't they stop coming?! "Oh u-uhm.. sure! Just.. gimme a minute.." He sniffled and quickly wiped away his tears, throwing on a half-fake smile. He turned to Oliver with his smile, please don't notice..

Huh? Charlie seemed, off? It looks like he’s hiding something, something, something bad. He knew he had to cheer his friend up, because something wasn’t right. He went over to Charlie, and gave him a big hug. After a few seconds he let go, ”Whats wrong?...” he asked. Had he done something? Hopefully it wasn’t bad.

Fear began to intertwine with his insecurity. Oliver could tell.. But he just had to.. uhm.. hide it better, right? Oliver would never know of.. his issues. Ever. Nobody ever would. He refused to let them know. To worry over.. him was something stupid. He wasn't worth it. Charlie chuckled a little, "I'm.. I'm fine! Don't worry about me, Oliver. Let's go check out that mineshaft, alright?" He smiled again. Trying harder to cover it up. It was.. working. Yes. It was working. Then Aguirre came up to them. Diamonds! Charlie's eyes widened at the sight of them, "Woah! You found diamonds!" Wow.. Aguirre found diamonds! Good for him. His smile became genuine now. For there was a reason to be happy now.

Ooo, wow diamonds, I wish I could find diamonds that quick. Diamonds don’t necessarily like me— they usually don’t show up until I force them to. Lucky Aguirre. ”Ok!” he said happily. “The mineshaft is this way!” he said, walking down towards the caves and in the direction of the mineshaft, he checked if he had missed any valuable ores on the ways, no he had gotten all of them. Then he saw his furnace, he had left some iron in there to smelt. He made an iron helmet, then another iron pickaxe for his friend. He put the helmet on, ”Here, I got you an iron pickaxe” he said, smiling.

Caves, Near Mineshaft

Oh! And there they went, down into the caves without a second thought. Well, he was having second thoughts. He could see the darkness creeping in, inch by inch. It was like the torches didn't even work.. But of course, that was just him. His "irrational" fear of the darkness was clear as he walked close to Oliver. His eyes never seemed to focus on a single spot, looking at every darkened crevice of the caves. The fear spread like venom, making him tremble. Oh, Aguirre was going to share his diamonds! He smiled, in an attempt to forget his fear for even a moment. "You will? I'll go with you after Oliver and I see this mineshaft!" And he meant it like a promise. The second he looked away from Aguirre, the darkness seemed to taunt him. Laughing in his face, striking more and more fear into Charlie. Don't show them.. don't show them how much a baby you are.. He straightened up, seeming stiff as he continued to walk. He couldn't hide his slight tremble though, just like he couldn't hide the fright in his eyes. He continued to stick close to Oliver, for he was.. kind of comforted by his best friend. But who wouldn't be? By the time they reached the mineshaft, the intensity of the creeping blackness was far too much for him to handle. His trembling grew and he started to sweat a little. Then Oliver gave him a pickaxe. Charlie gave him a small smile, "T-Thanks, Oliver.." Oh gosh.. why was there so much darkness?! It only invoked more terror in him.. it never seemed to end!
