Accepted! That's certainly not a problem- Lily would probably go to Silent whenever she needs someone to just listen to her problems xD Her being mute wouldn't stop her from talking to her either. Basically, so long as Silentpaw is supportive of Lilypaw they'd definitely be able to be best friends.
