Wow. How difficult was it to follow orders these days? Of course, with Frogpaw, she wasn't exactly surprised. The apprentice was a damned magnet for trouble.

"What the hell did I just say?" Bumblestar said flatly, locking eyes with the younger she-cat. "Talk to me after the meeting for a civil conversation. Go wait in my den if you've got something to say. You're interrupting several ceremonies."

⛆ “They haven’t even stepped forward yet!” Looking around, yeah, no one had stepped forward yet…. “I don’t care what you just said, you’re being completely unreasonable, A bully!” She rolled her eyes, “And Poor Blazepaw doesn’t even KNOW what is happening to him!” Her tail was really lashing now! Gosh, if only she could use this aggression on the battlefield rather than hissing at her leader…!

Unbridled rage flashed in Bumblestar's eyes as her muzzle rippled in the beginnings of a snarl. Was Frogpaw stupid? Or was she pushing all of Bumblestar's buttons on purpose? Because if it was the latter, then it was remarkable just how quickly she was finding them.

"Do not make me repeat myself again," she spat. "I'm not arguin' with you about this right now. Either go wait in my den and calm yourself down, or shut your mouth and take your seat. I won't say it a third time."

If it was considered socially acceptable to smack outspoken brats over the head in front of all of their Clanmates, she would have by now.

⛆ “This is abuse of power,” and with that, she took a seat… Her tail was still lashing, however, her mouth remained shut… How was starclan letting BumbleStar do this? She would have to ask an ancestor tonight (VM ME TO TALK TO HER IN A RP,) It was heart breaking how an innocent cat would be removed from his home because of his disability… It was unfair…

He'd popped his head into the Camp, coming back from the Territory, and of course it was chaos. Much like the usual, arguing, bickering, push backs. The usual. Truthfully he didn't have the energy to put any input into anything, that and he didn't know anything at the moment. Seemed as though he came in near the Ceremonies part. Maybe he'd argue back if he was annoyed.

So, the Calico slunk in the back, and leaned himself up against one of the dens as he laid down.

To tell the truth, goldenpaw was barely listenijg to the meeting. He was tired, and his wounds hurt, and he really just wanted to lay down. Why Bumblestar chose to do an entire meeting right after they got back was beyond him. It was just... blegh.

As soon as he heard his name (along with the names of his fellow kreachers), suddenly he managed to care about the meeting. He was... oh my gosh he was becoming a warrior. His eyes lit up as he all but sprinted forwards, tiredness long forgotton.

Sunleap understood why Bumbestar had abolished the caretakers. They had never done anything that warriors couldn't do themselves. It would be hard for Blazepaw. The young tom would have to leave everything he had ever known. He knew Bumblestar had made the right choice thought. Sure life as a kittypet would be hard at first but if what Bumblestar said about twolegs were true and he had no reason not to believe her it would be better for Blazepaw to be a kittypet, even if it was hard for him to adjust at first. Blazepaw was still young. Sunleap was sure Blazepaw would manage to adapt eventually. It was good that they would be getting 4 new warriors, inculding the older Wolfpaw, which explained why the younger Wolfpaw hadn't had his prefix changed when he became a appertince. Rainclaw agreed with Bumblestar. Caretakers never did anything warriors couldn't do themselves and Blazepaw couldn't either see or hear. He would be better off as a kittypet. It was good that they were getting 4 new warriors.
Dogkit was excited. They were getting 4 new warriors. She still wanted to be a apprentice thought she didn't voice it, knowing her mom would just tell her to be quiet again. Why did her mom only care about Beetlekit and not her and Sheepkit? Why!?!? thought the young she-kit. Sheepkit kept grooming herself, the deaf kit oblivious to the leader's words. Beetlekit thought poor Blazepaw.. He had to leave everything he had ever known to go live as a kittypet. She knew Bumblestar was making the right decision, but that didn't mean it would be any easier for poor Blazepaw. It was a good thing they were getting 4 new warriors thought. New warriors were always a good thing.

Sharpclaw grunted, narrowing his eyes at Frogpaw. That loudmouth sure loved getting herself into trouble, didn't she? What did she think was gonna happen? That if she yelled loud enough Bumblestar would suddenly change her mind?

The sandy warrior didn't chime in, not being the kinda cat to escalate arguments- especially stupid ones. Bumblestar had it covered anyways. She didn't need another loudmouth adding to this trashfire. The points the apprentice made didn't make much sense either. Sounded like she was just spewing whatever reasons she could make up to convince the clan of Blazepaw's right to clan life.

That being said, blood had nothing to do with being a warrior. A warrior who couldn't fight, hunt, or even watch a kit for a few minutes was no warrior no matter how much pure clan-blood they had running through their veins.

The reason ThunderClan had even survived for so long was that every cat in this clan had worked together to protect and provide for each other. If Blazepaw couldn't contribute anything in return then there wasn't any point in keeping him. He would be just another mouth to feed. A burden. Dead weight.

Hell, it was only a matter of time before he'd wind up dead with how useless he was. Bumblestar was doing the kid a favor. He'd be better off in some twoleg nest, pampered and cared for all day every day. Something this clan wouldn't and couldn't afford to do for him.

Sharpclaw would only nod at Bumblestar, affirming his agreement with her decision. He would have preferred to get this done and over with as soon as possible, if not to get away from the growing tensions. He had a feeling that Bumblestar would gain a few enemies after this meeting.

Pebblepaw had sort of zoned out after hurling a rock towards her sister, too focused on watching where the little pebble was thrown next to pay attention to Bumblestar. In fact at one moment she had caught Mudhound's gaze (who she think started this whole fun game) and sent a bright smile right back his way. Whatever her leader was talking about high on her perch went right over the little kreacher's head.

Until her and her fellow Kreacher's names were called. Now THAT she heard! All eyes were on her, her sister and her two brothers as they approached the Stormcrest. Her paws started to sweat a little bit at all the attention... and the fact that they were about to be WARRIORS. How could she be an adult now? Just yesterday she was wiggling around in the nursery while her momma watched from the other side of the nest with vacant eyes. Just yesterday she was scheming with her fellow Kreachers to leave camp... hopping around with Lionpaw... fighting Shadowclan... So many memories in these past six moons. Was she ready for this?

Pebs looked over her shoulder at the clan that she cherished so much. She spotted Mudhound beaming at her, Sorreldust's warm gaze, Foxflurry fiddling with the pebble. She had a family who helped her grow all around her. It was time to show them that all their hard work had paid off. With one final smile towards Wolfie, Goldenpaw and Hazelpaw, Pebblepaw looked towards her leader. It was time to become a warrior.

Enough with the pebble...? Alderstep sat up a bit, peering curiously over at Foxflurry, the cat Bumblestar had been looking at. There was a pebble? He couldn't tell from where he sat, so he relented in his search for the fabled rock and settled back down. Unless somebody threw a rock at him, he couldn't give two mousetails about it.

There was a scary moment where Alderstep almost dozed off, again, but he managed to wake up (sorta, though the technicality evades him) to watch the warrior ceremonies. Good. ThunderClan could use s'more of those.
