Cedarpaw padded over to the two apprentices, a nervous look on his face. Okay. He could do this. He could talk to two apprentices who weren't Cardinal or Starling. It wasn't that hard.

"H-Hi..." he stuttered his greeting, awkwardly hovering above the two. "C-Can I join?"

Sitting in front of the Nursery, Robinflight purred and nuzzled Crowkit's head as he hid between her paws while Cardinalkit ran circles around her. They had been a particularly difficult handful today, what with Crowkit crying because his mother was bringing them outside, all the while it seemed Cardinalkit wanted nothing more than to antagonize her brother.

She loved these two, she really did, they were just... a handful, sometimes.

Green eyes flashed up to find a familiar tabby apprentice. A purr rose up from her chest. "Good morning, Cedarpaw," She greeted, causing Cardinalkit to stop in her absolute sprint of a circle around the queen and look. The small tortoiseshell kit crouched, ready to pounce on Cedarpaw as soon as he came too close, while Crowkit sniffled and peaked out from behind his mother's foreleg.

"Good morning Robinmama," he mewed softly, chuckling as Cardinalkit prepared to pounce. She really was full of energy.

"Hi Cardinalkit, C-Crowkit," Cedar said with mrow of laughter. Just seeing this, it kinda made him want to have kits of his own someday... aNYwAyS, he shook away that completely and totally random thought.

"How are you a-all?" he asked, sitting down accross from Robinflight.

Sootpaw smiled "we were just talking about how our training went, I haven't started my training yet sadly" he said his ears flattening slightly Nightpaw smiled "My training went great I caught two rabbits and a mouse" she smiled

Robinflight smiled warmly at Cedarpaw as the little Tortoiseshell kit began to stalk exaggeratedly slowly closer to the apprentice. "We're doing well. I'm certainly never without entertainment." She purred, watching Cardinalkit get closer to Cedarpaw at about the speed of a slow snail, as though he wouldn't notice her if she just moved slowly enough.

Crowkit blinked his yellow and blue eyes as he took a cautious step out of the shelter of his mother. Why did everything have to be so big out here? It felt nothing like the stone ceiling of the nursery. There was too much space. Too many things he couldn't keep track of all at once. "Hi..." He squeaked to Cedarpaw, narrowing his eyes a bit at his sister as she finally pounced and... missed the older apprentice's tail.

Nightpaw gasped "Lucky I still have to do battle training" she smiled her tail flicked her blue eyes sparkled Sootpaw sat there his ears flattened "my mentor forgot about me" he mumbled, he looked at his paws

Cardinalpaw sat next to the smaller tom, glancing over at him as the kits fled from [s]their baby cage[/s] the nursery, and over to the pair. Loud. Cute. But loud. The tom raised an eyebrow as the one he assumed was Cardinalkit did a crouch. He cracked a smile. At the lack of skill. Of course duh. The tom let out a small sound of presumsble amusement as the tortoiseshell kit pounced towards Cedarpaw, missing his tail. The tom smiled at the kit, before turning to Robin..flight. Robinflight. "'Ello!" The tom greeted with a purr, his smooth accent rolling off his tongue like butter. Cardinalpaw flicked his ear, his bi-colored eyes bright.
