The kit raised his head a mewed to his sister, Fallkit [ @Dawnfallstar ] "He probably doesn't want to play, mouse brain." in a split decision he opened his blue eyes so he could see where Fallkit was, instantly he paused.

The bright colours of the nursery were surprisingly bright to the young kit and he screwed his eyes shut, stuffing his face into his white mother's [ @spirit free ] side so that no light filtered into his eyes. "FireFlame...! It hurts! I don't want my eyes open!" he sobbed, his mother white and black from his observations before he shut his eyes. Do I look like her..?

The scrawny tom kit nuzzled into his mother, FireFlames [ @spirit free ], side. Driftkit looked to be asleep, even though he was still awake, his eyes not being open yet made it difficult to tell. I wonder what i look like? I wonder what those two loud mouths look like. his ears angled towards Badgerkit [ @WillowBlows12 ] and Fallkit [ @Dawnfallstar ], I wonder what mother looks like? I wonder what windclan looks like? What does Twilightstar look like? he paused his thinking Should i find out..? he could open his eyes and look around.. but thats kinda dumb.. he thought pushing away the idea and then letting out a shrill mew to try and say he was hungry.

fireflame looked at driftkit seeing him put his face in her fur she licked him" driftkit your new open your eyes slower so your eyes can fix itself as you open them theres nothing to be afraid im here for you all" she says gently to fallkit and driftkit" and you can call me mom if you like theres no need saying my name" she says to driftkit with a calm mew

Night'rays sharp amber gazed roved across the over cast clearing, as a few fat drops of rain made its way down to earth. He considered this weather to be quite beautiful, well, so as long as it didn't get him wet.

The little tom shook his head violently, and stuffed his face further into his mother’s [ @spirit free ] side. “I don’t like it! It’s too bright-!” his defiant mew was more like a shrill sob.

He thought he looked dumb, no- he knew he looked dumb. Two of his siblings had their eyes open already, only him and Windkit [ @Moonlightwolfpup ] still had their eyes closed, well- technically Driftkit already opened his eyes, the white and black kit paused. I look like a little kit, crying into my mother.. No! I can’t look like a new born kit! Driftkit was infact a newborn kit- but this didn’t stop him from not wanting to be one, so he pulled his face away from FireFlame’s side and slowly began to open his eyes, every little bit waiting a second or two to let his eyes adjust to the bright world around him.

Once his eyes were fully open he blinked for a moment before studding his surroundings. Driftkit immediately looked up at his mom, she was bigger than he thought she was and her face was different than what he thought too, her name didn’t really seem to suit her either. He turned his head and looked around the nursery, noting each little beam of light filtering through, each little stone, each queen with their kits, before finally landing on Badgerkit [ @WillowBlows12 ] and Fallkit [ @Dawnfallstar ], Badgerkit sitting on a scrap of moss and Fallkit standing about a tail-length away from him. Badgerkit looked slightly different from what he had imagined, and Fallkit was way off from what he thought she looked like. What do I look like? he looked down at his belly and paws to see he looked almost identical to his mother, white with large black spots and black paws, his fur was longer than he thought- he sat up and curled his tail around his paws gingerly, seeing it was pure white. He looked up at his mother once more, she had brown eyes, “are my eyes brown like yours too, momma?” he tilted his head slightly.

fireflame began to groom herself" why don't you guys learn how to walk more the more you walk you won't have trouble with waling in the future" she says to them with a happy face
