'You sound like your mother.' Rainshock's jaw clenched, his strain visible, even as he watched Wolffang's death across the clearing with an aching heart. It was a difficult thing, to see someone pass to the other side right in front of you.

It was something Rainshock still thought about, at least - her quiet wheezing, growing weaker as he lay by her side, until it stopped altogether.

"Better to sound like her than you," he muttered darkly. At least now he knew he wasn't a conceited, lazy, pompous-nosed asshat who did nothing but whine. So hey! There was a win. :/

Rainshock rose to his feet along with his father. The older tom was correct in that aspect, as much as he hated to admit it. "I'm coming. Someone needs to keep an eye on you."

He smirked as he padded across the clearing, heading for the camp entrance.
Someone to keep an eye on me, eh?
The tom chuckled and flicked his tail to tap Rainshock on the shoulder.
"My own son thinks I need a kitsitter. Whatever you want to do, dude, I won't stop you," he said in his rough, grumbling voice as he pushed his way through the entrance and out onto the territory.

Meadowpaw entered with a slight nervous air, but happiness. She had finally made it out from that twolegs home. While the old two leg was nice...she didn't like it. She missed her open spaces and chasing rabbits. Hopefully Twilightstar would understand. She would have NEVER left WindClan intentionally.

Three rabbits aren't a bad yield! Peachfrost thought proudly after catching her final rabbit. It had given her quite the chase, nearly sending both of them over the edge of the cliffs more than a few times. (And almost giving her a heart attack in the process.) It had felt good to finally sink her claws into its flesh and end the chase before she ended up dead. Had she always had this hard of a time hunting?

The molly slunk through the territory as best she could with three rabbits in her mouth. Her plan was to find Lilypaw and return to camp before sunset. Then maybe the two could enjoy their catches.

lilypaw looked up to the sky seeing its nearing sunset, she focused back to hunting, she sees rabbits in front of her knowing there facing to the edge, she decided it was the risk and approach with caution unaware her patrolpartner was very near her, she crept forward taking all caution around her, she watched the grass move side to side and kept her scent away from the prey, she pounced and caught the prey and went about

Fernpaw hardly had time to register what was going on when he was swept away by a (not quite) stranger. He supposed if he were to be kidnapped, it was only fitting it was by a older fellow who was very nice to look at. ... It was hard to not look, Sootflare was very handsome.

"Confirmation?" he echoed his words, uncertain of what could possibly be desired from him. "I'm not sure if I can be of any help, but I'll do what I can." On the subject of drowning, a ghost of a smile crossed his muzzle. A little late for that, but he appreciated the gesture nonetheless. "Sure," he wasn't going to say no to new skills anyway. ".. Aren't you Sootstar? I think we've met before."

Disappointing but not entirely shocking. Poisondrop had been aware of the situation. The apprentices weren't exactly easy to miss with their voices but, he supposed that applied to every apprentice and their yapping mouths. It was truly sad that apprentices carried more sense than warriors these days. For once, it wasn't a jab at Windclan. Poisondrop was finding the newer generations ever the amusing group of cats.

His tufted ears perked up at the sound of his name, hm? The tom couldn't remember the last time he was a put on a patrol, how fun! He got to lead this one too, oh, he licked his lips. Poisondrop rose to his paws and approached the three, his tail flickering back and forth. "Hello, " he mewed in response, dipping his head in respect. "Understood. Let's go then, shall we?" Poisondrop mewed to Fogpaw and Tulipaw.

After their response was given, Poisondrop led the two to Riverclan's border.
