The young she-cat felt a wave of embarrassment flush her body, but quickly licked it away and gave her best grin. "It took some time! She was kind, fussed over my eye a lot...but, I'm back!" Shifting her tail back and forth over her paws she considered mentioning why she was taken in the first place. Of course it was a sensitive subject, but maybe it would be better to share it.
Taking a deep breath, Meadowpaw closed both of her eyes before releasing it. Making eye contact with her Deputy she mewed, "She grabbed me because I didn't see her coming. I was so focused on the bird in front of me I didn't see her. She came at me from my blind side and scooped me up." The young she-cat did her best to have clear, concise sentences and yet it still came out rushed. The judgement she feared because of her difference showed for a moment. "I promise to train harder and find other ways to see threats if WindClan will have me back." Sitting taller the half blind feline awaited her fate.
Fallownose nodded as Meadowpaw explained what the twoleg had done. He didn't really understand why those creatures made a fuss over something uncurable that a cat had to live with. The apprentice would have to adapt, and had been doing a fine job so far, so why was there a need to fuss?
"I see. You'll definitely have to work on your awareness, but that could easily have happened to another a new apprentice instead of you. Let's get you back to camp so you can eat. I'm sure Batsong is worried about you." Fallownose wanted to make sure that Meadowpaw knew he wasn't blaming her capture on the blindness, but rather the fact that she was a new apprentice who hadn't had much training. Tulippaw or Fogpaw could just have easily been taken.
[Done!]

The ginger molly tensed slightly as a silhouette appeared over here and paused, seemingly observing the trio before making their way towards them. At least they hadn't yowled for backup and didn't seem hostile, which was further accompanied by the fact that the figure was Twilightstar. Shiningskies' tail automatically curled closer around her belly as the leader approached, and she leaned slightly closer to Aspenstrike before she began to speak.
"We would like to join WindClan. ThunderClan has become unsafe and fallen from the values it once held dear. I want to raise my kits in an environment where they can grow to be the best warriors they can and have a Clan to fight for, and ThunderClan can't provide that."
StarClan was it hard for those words to escape the warriors maw, but it was the truth. After the takeover of ShadowClan and the chaos that followed she knew she could not raise her kits there. Not when they could die and no one noticed for days. Not when Clanmate turned on Clanmate and disrespected each other instead of being polite and trying to work towards a solution together. ThunderClan would always be her home, but the way it was now was not the ThunderClan she had been born into, and she didn't know if it ever would be again.

"But I was. I fell asleep in a poppy feild... and now i'm here. I woke up in the trees..." she trailed off as the blind kit thought about that. "Oh! Those must have beena kind of poppy that makes you fall asleep. But I wonder what dragged me out of them...?"" she looked at Follow'nose.

^Night'ray^ Another day in paradise, Night'ray thought sarcastically. The moons had seemingly drug on slowly, and within that time frame he had grown bored. More bored than usual that is....
(I hope that he's not missing again lmao)

After being brought into camp by the Windclan leader Bugpaw went straight to the apprentices den. He was a bit nervous on if cats would like him or not? How would they react with a former Shadowclan apprentice. What if they didn't like him? Would any of them drive him out or hurt him? He had been so traumatized in his former clan by his own mother he was afraid to get hurt. If nobody liked him he guess he'd just have to try as hard as he could to get them to like him.
Bugpaw looked around, seeing a couple of apprentices, but nine looked at him. Did they catch the faint scent of Shadowclan? He had tried really hard to roll around in the dirt after getting accepted. The tom cleared his throat to speak. "Um I'm new here. Is there someone who could help me settle in?", he asked in his hushed nervous voice. He was shaking once again. He wished he didn't. It made him look like a terrified baby. Sure he was six and a half moons old, but he was an apprentice after all. Not some kit.
On a really good stride on here and Barleypaw is really close to getting her post counts finished for her training. If there is anyone who needs a cat to help with anything feel free to VM or pm. I want her to be more active along her clanmates.
She was... troubled, to say the least. Sitting in her nest, slowly rolling a little piece of moss under her paws but not focusing on it, or anything around her. In fact, she was sunken deep in thought. She... she was over five moons... soon she would be six moons old... And when she was six moons old, she would be an apprentice. She... didn't like that too much. Sure, it was exciting, of course she was! She would be insane not to, so much would change, so many new things to explore!
But then again, maybe that was what she was a little scared of. Change had never been anything Berrykit took well to - maybe because two of the biggest changes in her life had been her mothers dying. And this would be a very very big change.
Her tail twitched a little and she looked down at the mossball. Shingingmoon had showed her how to make mossballs. Shingingmoon wasn't here anymore to teach her things. She would have to teach herself, or find other cats to teach her. Like a mentor. She glanced up towards the roof of the nurser, trying to catch a glimpse of the sky. Shingingmoon would want to her to continue learning and growing...
