Pinepaw nodded. “Yup.” He looked around. “Well, I’d say you’ve done enough chores for today.” He told Badgerpaw. “We outta get out of the warriors den.” Without waiting for a response, he left the den.

He didn’t want to anger his old denmates.

Looking at Pinepaw, Badgerpaw nodded and scampered out of the warrior's den. He didn't want to break a camp rule if he could help it, whether Blossomkit was speaking the truth or not.

"That wasn't a bad chore," he commented as he left the den.

Pinepaw shrugged. “ none of them are all that bad,” he meowed.
He was sort of immune to being bored form them now… they were what he did all day. Wake up, chores, nap, chores until late afternoon, nap, then chores until midnight. It was the schedule he had invented. “I’m going to take a nap. See you later, Badgerpaw!”

Rabbitkit picked up the toy in his maw and padded over to his mother. The scent of fresh-kill was strong despite the moss blocking his scent glands. His stomach growled loudly in response.

Rabbitkit took another glance at Emberkit, setting the mossball on the ground beside him as he waited for her to join them. Crouching down Rabbitkit nosed gently at the creature. He began picking away at the flesh with his teeth instinctually. Eventually he got a good sized bite out of it.

Tastes and smells of the moorland washed over his tongue and filled his senses. He thought he could feel the rush of the hunt as if the blood of every warrior ancestor before him was coursing through his veins. Eyes closed, enjoying the taste, his imagination went wild. Muscles bunched up to stalk, paws smacking the soft earth and wind blowing through fur in chase. It all felt so real to him as if he'd been doing it for seasons despite having never hunted before in his life, let alone left the safety of the camp.

He opened his eyes and looked up at his mother, an obvious twinkle in his golden gaze. Without another word he continued taking chunks out of the prey relentlessly. Each bite was nearly as good as the last, but none felt quite the same as the very first. Forgetting he'd needed to share with Emberkit Rabbitkit stopped ubruptly. He'd nearly finished half of the vole. It took all of his self restraint to turn his head away and push the vole towards the she-kit with one paw, licking his chops to savor the taste.

Tensing her muscles, the WindClan leader sprang up atop the smooth surface of the Breezerock. The scarred lilac-gray feline sighed quietly as she looked out over the cats within her clan. Peace has become a relatively stable thing within WindClan as of late. They had a few hiccups and Twilightstar was always worried about the next problem that would come, such as leafbare, and whatnot. But at the moments it's been quiet, aside from the leader's constant worries. She was reluctant to disturb this peace, however, it wasn't like she could just keep the clan uninformed.

"Let all old enough to run the moor gather beneath the Breezerock for a clan meeting." Twilightstar's yowled rang true and clear as ever. The molly took a seat and waited for her cats to heed her call.

Laurelpaw
Poking her head out from the apprentices den, Laurelpaw grumbled a bit as she noticed a meeting was being called by Twilightstar. Her head was still ringing here and there, and black dots sometimes crossed her vision, but so far nothing too bad had happened it it.

Padding out from the den the black and white spotted apprentice took a seat near the back, absentmindedly staring at the Breezerock as she awaited the meeting to commence.

Opening her eyes from where she had been a loaf in the clearing, Bravebird got up and migrated closer to the Breezerock. The once loaf cat took a seat and lifted her gaze to Twilightstar.

That must be the meeting call! Badgerpaw excitedly scampered over to the Breezerock from where he was laying in the shade of a bush and caught site of another apprentice who had gathered. He walked up to her and smiled.

"Hi," he greeted.

//Hope you don't mind, I'm just trying to get Badgerpaw to know who his Clanmates are! We don't have to make a whole rp out of it.
