Dark Forest Training

Silentpaw watched as Berrypaw continued to grow more and more injuries on her pelt. Welp even a million thorns couldn't hide that fact she was training, he thought, I might just plop half of the newly grown bush near by the border!

(Since it's summer, I am only going to be active like 3-4 times a week)

Scarface kept his eyes on Berrypaw, he watched her in the tree and prepared himself to roll out of the way once she leaped. As soon as he saw that she leaped, the tom quickly rolled out of the way. He stood up and padded towards the molly "Good job Berrypaw." His praise was blank "You've learned a lot today, and our next session will be even harder than today." He stepped forward and touched noses with his apprentice "It's time for you to wake up" @Puddle~ @Elementals

Berrypaw didn't try to follow after her mentor when he rolled out of the way, knowing this was simply for the purpose of learning the move. Landing softly on the ground with her paws, the molly sat and listened as Scarface praised her a little. She wished training sessions could've been longer, they always seemed to pass by so quickly. But she also understood the reasoning. It was in her best interest if she didn't want to get caught. And so, dipping her head, Berrypaw closed her eyes for a few heartbeats. When she blinked them back open, she found herself back in camp, in the apprentices' den. Hoping that Silentpaw was able to wake up as well, the apprentice began brainstorming some excuses for her injuries this time around. No amount of thorns in the nest would cause these sort of injuries.

Leopardbite lay sprawled out in a thick, shallow dip of hot brown muck, paws absentmindedly rested out beside her. Wait... muck? Huh? This... No, this wasn't the nursery of WindClan. What was this place? Where was she?

With a grunt the cashmere hurriedly climbed to her paws, yellow eyes fluttering open and blinking rapidly in an attempt to try and adjust to the dimness of the surrounding forest. What... Now what the actual hell was this place?

Her answer: well... In this case, the answer was in her own question -- she was in hell.

Blackpaw wandered around the darkforest wishing Weaselblaze was here to tell him to tear down trees. @~Corruptedfate~

Leopardbite shrugged her brawny shoulders. Eh. This place... Well, she could learn to adjust to all those towering, petrified trees and hot dips of sucking mud eventually -- so long as she was still alive and well.

Casting her menacing yellow gaze around the dim murkiness of the clearing, Leopardbite spotted a hefty black tom about the size of an apprentice wandering about; she couldn't shake the feeling she had seen this tom somewhere before, perhaps at a gathering. Blackpaw, was it?

"Hey, Blackpaw!" the cashmere called out. "Come - it's time for your training."

"Hey, Blackpaw!" the cashmere called out. "Come - it's time for your training."

Blackpaw stares for a moment before simply following orders. He sauntered over and stood in front of the new cat. “What are we doing today boss?” Although the phrase itself was joking the way it was said was with military style voice.

"Boss?" murmured Leopardbite, with an inward cringe. Ugh. Whatever.

Yellow eyes narrowing, the huge cashmere beckoned for the thick-furred apprentice with a flick of her long, plumed tail: The sooner she and this fat pest got their "training" or whatever over with, the better. Hopefully Blackpaw had understood the signal to attack.

This was definitely different from what Blackpaw was used to, clawing trees to build muscle, but he could definitely get used to it. He quickly sprinted at Leopardbite and slid under her, going to claw at her stomach with claws unsheathe. If that worked he would try to hook her back leg from under her. He rose behind her hoping it worked.

Leopardbite gritted her dagger-like fangs. "Nice try, kid," she sniggered. Claws popping from their sheathes, the massive she-cat whirled around and, quick as a rabid dog, snapped her jaws vigorously in an attempt to try and clamp them shut around Blackpaw's head.
