Laurelpaw
As much as she wanted to sleep through the meeting, Laurelpaw had a feeling that if she did Twilightstar would drag her out for another little "expedition" like the one she had been forced to go on with her and her apprentice. So with her fur ruffled and an irritated gleam in her eye the apprentice emerged from her den and stalked over to the gathered group of cats, making sure to select a seat on the edge near the back.
Something about two cats dying. Bravebird, who was a warrior Laurelpaw only knew by name and... oh. While every other cat was morning, the black and white apprentice had to stifle her snicker. Barkpaw was that annoying cat who'd told her and Hickorypaw to be quiet at their apprentice ceremony meeting, before it had even started. With no remorse in her heart she simply glanced around at the mourning cats. One cat - Barkpaw's parent? - seemed not as distraught as she expected a parent to be over losing their kit. Another one, with the infuriating need to call Twilightstar "ma'am" asked what Laurelpaw thought to be a dumb question.
Good riddance was all she could think though as she lifted a forepaw, gave it a lick, and drew it down over her face in a quick wash. Perhaps he could go annoy the star cats for a little bit and leave her and Hickorypaw alone. Oh, and Barkpaw's parent mentioning how bad badgers were? This time, Laurelpaw was unable to stop the tiny smirk that unfurled along her face as her gaze sought out Badgerpaw. She wondered how it made him feel to be named after an animal that killed an apprentice. Like he didn't belong, hopefully? The sooner he got that, the sooner he would leave.
Setting her paw back down Laurelpaw found that her gaze wandered everywhere but the rock Twilightstar sat upon. She'd keep an ear out for anything important, but so far she was only here to keep up appearance.
Smiling brightly at the other kit before her, she did a little wiggle and started to make her way outside. "Hey ma! We're gonna go play outside!" it mewled happily. "Let's go!"
{ @Rabbiteye @marina // sorry for the random ping Marina, I didn't know whether or not Skyleaf would be in here, but I thought I'd add it since she's watching over Snowkit }
Brightkit followed the older kit out of the nursery.

Redspeckle spotted Laurelpaw in the crowd now, the apprentice who she stopped because she was attacking Beepaw. Laurelpaw was.. smirking because.. badgers.. Redspeckle's infamous temper was reaching the boiling point with this cat. Badgers were.. dangerous.. why would a cat like them... Redspeckle noticed Laurelpaw's smirk and was about to shout "LAURELPAW HOW DARE YOU DISRESPECT MY SON!!" But Redspeckle kept quiet, not wanting to upset the cats around xem, and she wouldn't walk over to Laurelpaw, xe just decided to ignore it.
Ashclaw ears flatten" may starclan guide barkpaw and bravebird" he mumbled softly as the clan now had to be alert with a badger having 2 cats deceased is terrible, Ashclaw flicked his tail,
lilypaw perked" WHAT!?" she said not expecting the sad news" may starclan guide them" she said with her head down losing a apprentice and a warrior is to much
Hawknight was saddened by the passing of his clanmates, and despite not knowing either cat personally, he still dipped his head in respect of their passing. When Twilightstar moved on, Hawknights mood changed. He loved apprentice ceremonies and purred with joy as the kits were called up.

Unconcious, Rabbitkit's body sagged from between Fallownose's teeth. He looked skinny and feeble compared to the other WindClan kits and even more so compared to Fallownose. A few scratches dappled his pelt and dried blood caked his small paws from cracks in his pads. He had been missing from the camp for a little over a week. It could be pretty easily discerened that he would need food, water, and rest as soon as possible.
In search of something to do, Sootflare peered into the dark den and meowed, "Anyone need anything in here- prey, water moss?"

Fawnpaw heard the warrior, “Is company an option?” She asked. Typicality she was bounding off the walls but boredom had sapped all her energy.

Cowpaw hesitantly entered into Twilighstar's den. His feathery tail was flickering back and forth in an anxious manner, Willowsky! Truly, he had to admire Twistedkit's ability to see the positives in her mother. He wished to help the queen in all honesty, it was becoming increasingly difficult when he could not even talk to her. It wasn't exactly a language barrier either. Cowpaw knew Willowsky simply refused and opt to be ... ,, mean about it.
He sighed quietly, looking around. He gently stomped his paw against the ground if only his way to callout. "I... I tried to get Willowsky to come ... to my den... but aaa, she is very insistent... that I.. use my words, per say..? Could.. you help me... ? She's just... in the nursery.."
The leader lifted her head while her ear twitched in the direction of the stomp. The leader tilted her neck slightly to shift her only eye in the direction of the entrance. From the size, she nearly mistook the medicine cat as her son, but the feathery tail and white and black spotted pelt said otherwise. Cowpaw? She sat up a tad bit straighter and focused her attention on the tom's paws as began signing. Twilightstar like most cats wasn't fluent in signs, but so long as she got the gist of what the tom was saying she could work everything else out.
"So Willowsky is being difficult," The she-cat sighed, she had been planning on meeting the pair in his den but after dropping off Twistedkit and not seeing the two in the medicine cat's den had returned to her own, assuming Cowpaw would come to seek her out if he needed her. Having stayed out of the nursery, it was no wonder she missed them. Stretching lightly, she rose and padded over to the younger cat. "Alright, I'll see what I can do lead on."
The molly told him calmly while whisking her tail across the side of the medicine cat's cheek in a soothing gesture, he seemed anxious and that could be catchy. Twilightstar sometimes forgot how much responsibility the younger cat had and that his age didn't really match his rank. She assumed that his got fur ruffled being demanded to speak when he preferred not to, it seemed to stress him out a bit. She wondered if Willowsky was the first disgruntled patient he's had to deal with. Twilightstar might ask Peachfrost if she could help Cowpaw out from time to time, even if she wasn't his mentor nor a medicine cat, Cowpaw might feel better with large she-cat around.
[you can make the next post in the nursery if you'd like]

"Also, I have a question, where's Crowtooth? We need some tunnelers" Redspeckle felt something on her paw, it hurt. She blinked and suddenly her paw didn't hurt anymore, "I also think that we should have a meeting soon, because there's been a lot happening in the clan. Also, have you told the clan about Laurelpaw yet?" She tried not to flood Twilightstar with questions, put that was a problem with her. "I don't want to flood you with questions, I just am trying to see what the future of WindClan is. I hope it's well" She hoped it's well, everybody hoped it's well. The clans were at peace now luckily. Compared to a few moons ago.
Hmm, it wasn't often that she got cats to explain their pronouns to her, but she'd keep the change in mind from now. As the topic changed from Redspeckle's son to Crowtooth, Twilightstar drew back and huffed gently. She knew someone was going to ask her about that, but even so, still felt a little annoyed by it. Bringing up that the leader needed to call a meeting soon, as well as tell the clan about Laurelpaw, did not sit well with Twilightstar in the slightest. But, her sour mood shifted to something more complacent as she heard the warrior was simply concerned WindClan's future.
"Redspeckle, though I thank you for your concerns, it's rather rude to tell me when I should call a clan meeting. As for Laurelpaw, whatever is going on with her, I'm working on it. If I feel like the clan needs to know anything, I'll inform them." Twilightstar spoke in a firm yet tranquil tone. "As for the tunnelers, I've already planned to speak about them at the upcoming meeting." Twilightstar's been leading WindClan for around eight seasons now, and even though she knew it came from a place of concern, it felt like Redspeckle was undermining her by telling her how to handle the clan and what ranks were needed, and who should be told what.
The news of Bravebird's demise hit Shattervenom like a slap in the face. The tall warrior stared up at Twilightstar in silent shock, posture stiff as though bracing for another blow; she mentally measured each breath—fighting to keep her emotions under control—and forced a swallow down her dirt-dry throat. Bravebird… dead? Fiery, outgoing Bravebird? How could that be? The feisty warrior had just stood by Shattervenom at Twilightstar’s private clan meeting… the moorland race that Bravebird hosted still felt so fresh in Shatter's memory. Confusion pinched a tiny crease between the moon-faced hunter's brow. What terrible invisible enemy had felled one of their most promising members?
WindClan's leader continued to speak, offering her time to anyone who sought comfort during this period of unexpected grief. While Twilightstar’s offer was expected from such a compassionate individual, Shatter did not see herself further burdening her monarch. They couldn't even see herself shedding a tear in front of Cowpaw or Fallownose… although, Shattervenom thought with a stab of guilt, she was already placing an unfair weight on the medicine cat—regardless if he knew yet or not. No—if anything, the white-splashed warrior needed to lean on her own strength… and make it known to her peers that none of them were alone.
Then Twilightstar announced Barkpaw's death. An apprentice. And now Shattervenom did utter a soft, strained sound of pain, momentarily closing her eyes until the worst of the sting passed.
After a breath, the lanky warrior cast another glance about the clearing—hopeful to find her own apprentice of one of her close allies among the crowd. How were they faring with this dark information? So help her, if Shatter saw anyone shed a tear in her line of sight, they'd be basking in her comforting presence for the next hour until she figured out how to soothe them…
Doekit wandered herself into the medicine cat den. Well...wandered wasn't the right word for it. She intentionally walked in. There wasn't anything wrong, at least she didn't think so. Her mother would know best, they always do. She sat down, keeping quiet and just watched Cowpaw work with the other cats, her dual-coloured eyes watching intently on what he was doing. She made small movements to copy what he was doing, she was very focused.
