Wolfpaw was pushed grasped by Raccoontail, then getting pushed in the den of Lionstar. "Let go!" he snapped at her. He licked his bloodied pelt from the fight, tasting the metallic taste.
He looked shock from the other apprentice's rambling on. The nervous wolf-like apprentice looked down, embarrassed. He tried opening his open to object but no words had came.

The grey warrior glared at Wormpaw, resisting the urge to pop him again since they were in the leader's den now. Seems he was being one-sided, typical apprentices. The other seemed to be smart, he stayed silent. Surely there was a reasonable answer to all of it, but she you can't get anything out of angry cats. She sighed and stepped up next this the two apprentices with a frown. "These two mouse brains were going pretty much all at each other when I stopped them. I didn't see the full event unleashed, but when I pulled them apart, both were mad over something and blood was dripping off their new injuries!" With the last sentence, Raccoontail gestured to the bleeding toms, glaring angrily at both as she did.

Oh, how interesting. The worm child, an ancient apprentice, and Raccoontail.

Lionstar tipped his head curiously at the bloodied apprentices, a low sigh escaping him.. where did he begin. "Thank you, Raccoontail. You are excused."

To the others, he narrowed his eyes. "Wormpaw, you almost qualify to be a warrior. You should know better than to get in a fight with your Clan-mate.

"As for you--" this was to Wolfpaw, "if your Clan-mate says stop, you stop. You don't have the right to force your views on someone.

"Now. What was the gossip about that caused this?"

wormpaw's gaze would follow racoontail, watching the warrior leave before turning his head back to lionstar. he click his tongue, "my apologizes, " he would reply. which, in all truth wormpaw was only sorry for wasting the leader's time. the dog needed to get bat around a bit in his opinion.

he blink, his expression faltering at the last question. wormpaw fidgeted, averting his gaze. it was now his time to feel nervous. considering the gossip was about ol' dirty boy-- who had dug himself deep enough already. the apprentice didn't wish to dig dirtfur's hole any deeper. so, he would leave the silence to wolfpaw to explain.

Sootflare ducked into the den, glancing around quickly before his gaze landed on Lionstar. His eyes still burned with anger but otherwise, the tom did his best to avoid outwardly expressing his frustration. Lionstar was not the source of his irritation.

"Lionstar?" he meowed,"I don't mean to intrude but I have something you might want to hear."

[BEAR.]

Lionstar looked at Sootflare, the tip of his tail twitching as he paused in his pacing from one side of the den to the other.

"What's going on, Sootfather?" What a fitting name for him, really. He even held himself up like a dad. "Please don't tell me Cherrykit has escaped Greenfur's clutches.." he really, really, really did not want her around.

He really would have to try and ease Lionstar away from the whole 'Sootfather' thing, if he could. Then again, it might be preferable to any other nickname the leader could give him. Either way, that wasn't what he was here for. He shook his head lightly,"Ah, no. I came to report that I found Foxkit alone on some quest for 'answers' in the territory. And, according to her, Blueheart found her but she managed to convince her to let her continue."

He almost couldn't believe the words coming out of his own mouth. He still wasn't over it. How could a grown warrior just leave a kit out in the territory? Alone? It was ridiculous.

Of course, it was some other kit being a pain in his tail. Lionstar only had a vague memory of who this Foxkit was.

However.. the stupid kit with a death wish was the least of his worries right now. "Blueheart." He repeated, incredulous. "How dense do you have to be, to let a kit talk you into leaving them for predators?" Talk about worst warrior: ever!

Shaking his head, Lionstar began to stalk out of his den. "Bring Foxkit to me. I'm going to call Blueheart and if she doesn't come.. we'll look into revoking her status as a RiverClan cat. I've had enough of warriors being negligent, we're not playing this game anymore."

He nodded, following the yellow tabby out of the den. Hearing that Lionstar intended to do something about the warriors constantly shirking their duties eased Sootflare's mood. It was about time. There were plenty of warriors in the clan but competent ones seemed to be few and far between these days. It would be good to see a crackdown on the laziness in the clan.

"Yes sir," he meowed, before ducking back out to go find Foxkit.

Watching sootflare leave . She spoke once more "I really didn't find anything on snowsong . Perhaps I didn't look hard enough...but I couldn't find her scent ...I swear . " Bramble meowed . "oh and...shadowpaw was present while petunia didn't seem to follow ..." she added.
"also could I ask a question???" she asked
