With a flick of his tail, he indicated to the molly to follow him, and he dashed to the border.

Pigeonpaw's heart sank when she realized that her clumsiness had scared away all the rest of the fish. She consoled herself by thinking that this was her first hunt, and at least she'd caught something! She picked up her catch and skittered after her mentor, hoping he wasn't too disappointed. Her long fur felt heavy with all of the water, even after shaking off. She figured she'd get used to it as she got used to swimming with more frequency.
With the fish in her jaws, she couldn't smell anything but her prey's sweet scent, so she kept her eyes locked in front of her so that she didn't lose sight of Rainwhisper as she tottered along awkwardly.

Lambdream took notice to the mumble, worry poking at her. "I didn't hurt your feelings did i?" she asked quickly, tail flicking slowly. Staring at the molly for a second, she quickly looked back at the stream as Brambleblaze jumped at the fish. The splash made her shuffle back a bit to avoid the water. The previous worry came back, but much stronger as she looked into the stream, looking at brambleblaze. "bramble! are you okay? you're not hurt are you?" she inquired, frowning.

the feline grunted once she got back up , ok ....good to know my fat self is definetly not a jumper....thanks a lot gravity . I mean she was a bit , it wasn't all just fur keeping her down to the ground. Her ears twitched once she leaped back on to land and padded away from lamb so she wouldn't get the other wet "heh , I'm fine..and no you didn't ..." with that said and done she shook herself to get rid of the water that was cleaning on to her.however ....this lead to her pelt being poofed up dramatically . Making her look like a ball of static great.....just...great. "don't you dare ..." she meowed with clear embarrassment . Well she did laugh at her missing the fish...But that was different ! This is worse....

Lambdream stared at the cat in front of her. She felt a smile appear on her maw, letting out a giggle as she walked over to brambleblaze. She looked the molly up and down, smiling all the while before nudging her slightly. "don't be embarrassed! You look like a cute kit." she meowed, feeling her cheeks heat up after. What? Did she really just call the molly cute? She gave a light puff, tail swaying as she glanced to the side.

The molly took a few moments to smooth her fur back down and was up and ready once again "well...t-thats the f-first.....But I say that fits you more....I m-mean...it's hard not to see that when your nervous or embarrassed yourself ...." she meowed as she had trouble finding the words. That's when her eyes widened "umm...h-hey l-look the stream! " she meowed before crouching over there once more .

Oh? Oh.... A sad feeling ran through the molly. But why? Perhaps it was because her friend just admitted to liking someone else. But still, why did she feel so sad about it? She felt like her heart might crack in two if she didn't stop thinking about Brambleblaze and this almondtail person together. It was only a few seconds later she realized she was dangerously close to frowning and possibly crying. Did Lambdream herself have a crush on the molly?
Yes. Yes she did.

Regaining her composure, she straightened slightly. "I think you should tell them, and if they don't want to be friends anymore just because of that then i don't think they ever deserved you." she said softly, glancing off to the side.
