After collecting his troublemakers and kit, Leechscar began making the journey back home. Of course, he had to catch up to Laurelpaw and snarl at her to stay with them. They weren't on WindClan's territory. To get to the Seastones WindClan had to cut through RiverClan's territory as did every clan, and Leechscar didn't need any misunderstanding started because a lone apprentice was wandering around. With the moon still high in the sky, he led his group the long way around RiverClan's territory, steering clear of the nearby pond, and relaxed once they reached the group of trees.
Weaving through the trunks, he cleared the leap over the small stream that turned into the river that marked the end of RiverClan's territory and the start of WindClan's. Skirting ThunderClan's border, he breathed a bit easier with the wide open sky above his head and the endless moor in front of him. Leechscar was pretty much silent the whole walk, aside from the occasional glance to make sure everyone was keeping up and Laurelpaw wasn't beating on Badgerpaw or that kit.
The young warrior took a moment to scan the territory scowling at himself. He was supposed to take Laurelpaw and Ashpaw back to camp first, but then he'd have to double back to get to the outskirts and he really did not like wasting his time. Thankfully, it seemed luck was on his side as a hulking silhouette came stalking down a hillside toward them. The broad scarred, shoulders, thick brown and white pelt, and intense green-yellow eyes had Leechscar giving the smallest smile.
"Batglare," he was far more willing to show this senior warrior his rightfully due respect. Leechscar was rather fond of brooding tom, as he was certain that Batglare was overdue for the elders' den or at least was considering the average age warriors retire. Yet Batglare continued to take on and train apprentices, as well as fight in whichever battles WindClan, needed him in. Leechscar wished he had trained under him, too bad he was barely made aware of the warrior's existence until the fight with ThunderClan over the cove. By then Leechscar had been pretty much done with his training. Batglare didn't seem to enjoy the spot of the light.
"If you don't mind, could you take Ashpaw and Laurelpaw back to camp with you? Twilightstar ordered them back to camp to wait for their punishments. Laurelpaw attacked Badgerpaw over a kit and Ashpaw ran ahead to the gathering and then was repeatedly disrespectful to Twilightstar." Leechscar carried on before the apprentices could add any say. "I have prior business to handle with Badgerpaw and this kit. But Twiightstar said that if they act up you can report it to her when she returns from the gathering and their punishments will be more severe."

Waspkit rolled around, flopping on his face, his back, his stomach, anything you can think of, it was flopped upon. He was having so much fun!!!! Once again, the small tom forgot there was an apprentice beside him. He jumped up at the sound of a voice. He looked at Berrypaw, a confused look crossing his face for a split second. OH. OH YEAH. YESSSSSSSSS, now he remembered. "Yeah! Im alone!" he mewed proudly. Then, he blinked at the words Berrypaw just spoke. "Oh, mine is DEAD! COMPLETELY MURDERED! SHE WENT BYE BYE A LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG TIME AGO!" he shouted happily, rolling around again.

Berrypaw had been watching Waspkit's antics with a small, appreciative smile when the kit decided to leap to his paws and turn towards her. To her utter bewilderment, he appeared confused for a couple moments about her question, and then practically seemed to light up. Wrapping her fluffy, bushy tail around her paws once more, Berrypaw expectantly awaited his response.
Hearing what Waspkit had to say, however, made Berrypaw's good mood deflate within an instant, and her rounded ears pressed back flat against her skull. Dead? Murdered? The apprentice was shrinking in on herself by the second at the mention of a deceased mother, and that wasn't all. Waspkit seemed entirely okay with the fact that his mother was gone, and began rolling around happily once again. But as for Berrypaw, oh no.
Tears threatened to spill from Berrypaw's eyes, and the small apprentice fought them back. "Your mother is gone?" She whispered brokenly, regretting every moment of this conversation. She regretted being such a nervous, socially-anxious, closed-off cat. Why had she even been stupid enough to assume that just because she didn't have a mother, that everyone else would?
"I-I'm sorry," Berrypaw stammered, head lowering with shame. "I wish I could help you." The young feline whispered. And really, she did wish it, but Berrypaw tended to fail at everything she attempted to do.

Waspkit nodded at the first question. Was this cat deaf or something? Then... she started apologizing. "No it's fine!" He squeaked happily, not stopping his rolling. The tom jumped up, diving onto his face. It. Was. So. FUN. Waspkit was VERY happy at the moment. Strangely happy for a kit that had just mentioned his mother being dead.

The tears that had gathered behind her glassy, heterochromatic blue and green eyes were now spilling forth, and Berrypaw felt like an utter failure. For what, she had no idea. Just in general, perhaps. Her heart yearned for this poor little kitten, who probably had not realized what a deceased mother accounted to. Now she really wanted to hug him. Perhaps it was the many moons of loneliness that Berrypaw had been faced with that were the reason behind her tears. Perhaps Berrypaw did not want any other cats to go through what she had; that lingering hope of her mother's return, or the doubts and constant stream of questions that plagued her at night.
Berrypaw did not understand why this little kit was so... okay with being all alone. Shifting slightly, the speckled apprentice lifted a paw to wipe away the tears glistening in her eyes. "You... You don't have any family?" She asked softly, voice wavering for a few moments, and then continued. "...What's your name? M-Mine is Berrypaw."

"Honeyfreckle!" Fallownose called as he sat at the base of the Breezerock. Only one cat needed to be punished this time, which was much better than last time. Still, it was disappointing that it was a warrior who hadn't reported to him rather than an apprentice forgetting or slacking off. They were supposed to be more responsible.
Scalepaw's body had finally ceased its trembling. It had been a slow process, but one that Snowypaw had been willing to go through. It was best not to rush these things, especially if he could get his clanmate to feel better in the end. Settling comfortably on his side, the large apprentice stifled a yawn. It had been a few days since he'd had a good night's sleep. Refusing to leave his guard at the entrance for when Deadmoon returned. Because she would return. She had to.
His companion's words cutting through his thoughts, Snowypaw turned a curious glance his way, lips pursing as he realized he did not know. Snowypaw remembered nothing of his life prior to his first two moons of life. He always assumed it had been because he was too young, but that never seemed to quite make sense. A three moon old kit would surely remember what had happened a mere moon prior. Like Scalepaw, he had simply taken to blocking... something away. Some memory that came back to haunt him in his deepest nightmares. For Snowypaw, it always ended whenever he woke up. True, it was always with a start, and his heart racing faster than a hare down the moor, but it always ended before he could firmly grasp at whatever had woken him up.
This did not seem to be the case with Scalepaw. The gray apprentice was obviously much more connected to his terrifying memories than Snowypaw was, especially if they threatened to spill over and could affect his daily life even when awake. Something of this scale had never happened to Snowypaw, and the patched apprentice was at a loss for words. Would Cowpaw know what to do? Would Twilightstar? Or perhaps Fallownose?
A small frown marred the large apprentice's features as he turned his gaze towards his massive paws, swiping his injured pad with his tongue as he racked his brain for answers that would not come. At long last, Snowypaw gave a defeated sigh before giving Scalepaw an apologetic gaze, dulled blue eyes meeting confused blue ones for a moment before he turned back to his paws. "I... I don't know, sorry..." he finally admitted in a tired voice, his ears drooping with regret. "Maybe you can go to Cowpaw and ask for help when the nightmares come back. Or... you could go to a cat you trust. Perhaps their presence will help keep the monsters at bay."

“Oh! That sounds good… We could uh do that sometime.” Heatherleaf blushed too. “Look uh— never mind…” She sat down. Heatherleaf had never felt this way about anyone after she had been disappointed by Hawknight. But perhaps she had never really liked him. Something’s different…
"Hm?" RoseSkip faced HeatherLeaf despite being flushed. They smiled
"What where you gonna say?" RoseSkip kneaded the ground nervously
but kept her gaze soft and focused.
((I know i won't have RoseSkip be the exact same but ill try to keep them
as close to it as i can ))
Ashpaw boredly paced around the clearing and she spotted little Weedkit. “Hey there,” she meowed,”Do you want to play with me?”
@MushroomRat
Weedkit gazed at the apprentice with nervous eyes. This cat had never spoken to him before- why now? Would it be safe? He shook out his pelt and stood up slowly, deciding to give this cat a chance. He opened his mouth to reply.
