Cloudheart was glad to go on a patrol that wasn't with his apprentice, Brakenpaw. Speaking of apprentices, he looked over at Rookpaw. Hopefully she doesn't make any trouble.

Cloudheart made sure not make her feel comfortable. The last thing he needed for her to mess up his patrol.
"Hello, Rookpaw," he meowed coldly. "I trust you'll be on your best behavior.
Hopefully she wouldn't point out he wasn't her mentor. Still, he had a lot of things to say if she did.

Whitepaw walked out of the apprentice's den and she stretched. She wanted to do something today, maybe hunt. She pricked her ears as her name was called by the deputy, Finchwhisker. Looked like she was going hunting after all. Whitepaw bounded towards the camp exit and waited for Hopepelt.

Of course she was late to the patrol. Agh. She hurried out of her den to meet Whitepaw.
"Right. Hunting in the Mourning Ruins. I want us to be careful, okay? You never know when some of it could collapse," the warrior meowed. She padded towards the entrance of camp, flicking her tail for Whitepaw to follow.

[ You can move this to the Mourning Ruins now. Also, do you want to do a training session at some point? I don't think we've done many, if any. ]

Berrypaw padded over to the members of the patrol. At least, she thought they were. She hadn't ever met them, so she couldn't be very sure. "Are you... Toad... stripe?" she riddled, trying to remember the names. "And... Song... Gorsesong?"

The tom chuckled as the Apprentice tried ti say his name. "Yep, it's Gorsesong. The one and only." He took a moment to stretch before he continued; "So, we gonna take on this border patrol or what?" He was ready to get out of camp. So little had happened for so long he'd been getting angry just sitting around in camp.

Berrypaw shrugged a little. "I don't know. I think so. But we have to wait fot Toadstripe." she replied, looking around for the warrior.
