Re: WindClan Breezerock
High Rank Announcement [#hrannouncement]Twilightstar cocks her head when Fallownose joins her without much of a fuss See she was overthinking everything. As Leechscar joined them on the Breezerock and settled on her other side, the quietest purr rumbled like a soft hum from the back of her throat. Between the two toms, she felt immensely warmer. She could probably get Leechscar to share her den without any problems, but then she was mildly worried that Dreamlight would be cold without her brother. She doubted she could get both kits in her den with her considering they were still spatting. She could pester Fallownose to share her den with her leafbare, but that could also be problematic since the tom was not her kin and she didn't need cats getting strange ideas.
The leader sighed softly and returned her mind to the problem at paw instead of worrying about her personal problems. Cats were volunteering to take care of teaching the kits, and although she was a little disappointed she didn't hear anything from queens or elders, she was delighted everyone seemed on board with the idea.
"Nightheart and Leopardfire, is there anything, in particular, you want to want help out with? I don't want to assign you to a task that you don't like." Twilightstar replied to the pair of warriors with a curious glint in the green eye.
As Fallownose offered to teach both Clan Relations and Etiquette, her full ear swerved in his direction followed by the leader's single eye. She was expecting acts to want to teach two lessons but seeing how closes related the lessons were it made sense. "Alright, you'll be one of the educators for both of those." When it came to stuff like this, Twilightstar didn't really care if more than one cat wanted to do the same thing. Since it was common for cats to come and go, having extra mentors wouldn't hurt. She wished she could do something like this for apprentices, but the bonding experiences between mentor and apprentice would be in jeopardy as well as the one-on-one experience. Plus, it taught warriors a sense of responsibility.
She noticed Snowybreeze rising to catch her attention. The young warrior was already rather large, so it was hard to miss him, even harder when he was waving his forepaw around like that. Twilightstar chuckled at the sight amused and assumed that he was offering to help out with teaching the kits. However, he didn't say what he'd like to do, she'd return to him momentarily, Aspenstrike was speaking up.
"Great, I appreciate it Aspenstrike." Twilightstar hadn't heard much from either Aspenstrike or Shiningskies since they joined WindClan. However, they must have been fitting in well. Oh, that reminded her, the leader's eye darted around in search of Gorsepaw. He had looked a bit off during his ceremony. She was distracted by Leechscar's meow near her ear it twitched as she served her head to glance up at the huge warrior. The leader could practically see the smugness in his eyes. It made her wonder what was going through his head, nothing nice most likely.
He was about to narrow her eye in warning to behavior when he offered to lend a paw with the kits. Leechscar didn't like kits or any cats, well besides Twistedkit, she was the only one cat outside of kin that Leechscar seemed to genuinely enjoy. If he wasn't such a mama's boy she would have questioned his intentions. "You are good with hunting, you can take care of hunting lessons, you better keep up with Mushroompaw's training though." The leader told her son and then looked over to the young paw that although wasn't her actual son, she viewed him as another kit.
"I forgot not every cat is clan-born," Twilightstar muttered mostly to herself and then locked eyes with Badgerpaw again. "Any part of the curriculum that cats ranked outside of kits want to learn I don't mind allowing. I highly doubt any of the warriors or Cowpaw will mind teaching whoever wants to learn." It was not like Twilightstar could say no to learning. It might be a good idea to entwine some of the lessons like Clan Relations and Clan Etiquette into training new clanmates from the outskirts.
Oh, recalling a topic she briefly discussed with one of the visiting kits to her den, it might be a good idea to see if Cowpaw was open to teaching some heavier lessons on death, and StarClan. Not all the kits had parents or parental figures to teach them about stuff like that. She'd see what Cowpaw thought of it later. She didn't want to overwhelm the tom.
"The paws who want to help out with teaching lessons, so long as they get permission from one of the older cats, can sit in as aides of sorts." She told the smiling paw. Noticing that the daylight was slowly bleeding away, Twilightstar probably should have stood up but she was pretty comfortable where she is right now, although Leechscar was heavy as ever.
"WindClan, unless you want to discuss the new curriculum or volunteering for a place as an educator you are free to go." The leader dismissed the meeting however made no move to leave herself as she wanted to make sure she got everything sorted out here.
"Snowybreeze, you raised your paw do you have anything you'd like to teach? Hazelsky, same question to you." She questioned once the clan had broken apart.

Re: WindClan Breezerock
Stoneheart
He/him
The grey tabby nodded. It was about time some cat said something about the amount of kits who started their apprentice training with absolutely zero knowledge. If you asked him, WindClan could probably step it up a notch. I mean, have you ever asked a kit to tell you what something they should know was, and all they gave you was the blank stare?
Stoneheart chuckled a bit, seeing as the WindClan leader was cold. Fallownose and Leechscar joined Twilightstar on the Breezerock. Recently, the warrior had not seen many apprentices sitting in the clearing like they would during Greenleaf. Speaking of apprentices, the grey tom hadn't properly spoken to Sunpaw yet.
Stoneheart furrowed his brow, glancing around the clearing for the yellow cat. When Stoneheart couldn't find his apprentice immediately, he sighed. Sunpaw needed to be trained, and he felt like a bad mentor for losing her... And not having done anything with her. Ugh. Why was he so wound up in this? If Sunpaw couldn't bother to come ask him for training, he should come to her.
Of course, that'd be easier if he knew where she was.

Re: WindClan Breezerock
Stomach giving a rather audible grumble as the WindClan leader dismissed the clan, Snowybreeze got to his paws, eager to get to that rabbit he'd left behind before heading towards his usual spot at the camp's entrance for the night, this time for his silent - and no doubt freezing - vigil as his first night as a warrior. Not that this would have made a difference for him, having spent the past few moons sleeping outside none the less. The tom's ears perked up, however, as he heard the leader speak his new name, the sound still foreign to the newly appointed warrior. Surprised the leader had noticed his wave - assuming he would have been easy to miss among the crowd - Snowybreeze gave a bashful look around to ensure he would be interrupting no one else before stepping forward to speak. He had little to offer that wasn't already covered by some of the other volunteers, but he assumed that more cats available to teach the kits could only be a good thing.
"I can offer my assistance with hunting, self defense, or lessons on the warrior code if need be," Snowybreeze mewed in a soft, steady voice, his feathery tail giving a light twitch. It had been a long time since he had been taught to fight by Squirrelear. Despite the warrior's disappearance since, he felt it only right to pay forward what he had learned from the tom with the tufted ears. And if warrior code lessons was what was needed, he would only be happy to oblige. It would be good to give reminders to WindClan's kits on what differentiated them as a clan from the rogue group that had so callously taken over the Swooping Cliffs.

Nightheart sighed, and looked up. "I-I was thinking of... Hunting? Basic hunting?" She tried.

Leaffall wanted to help with the education of the kits and apprentices, considering they had both of them— their apprentice Moonpaw and their daughter Lightpaw. “Excuse me Twilightstar?” The cinnamon tortoiseshell jack* asked,”Can I help with the education of our younger members as well?”

Leopardfire had wanted to help with teaching them how to hunt and things of that nature like the crouching and things like that and maybe making some sorta animal out of moss to help teach the kits what the best idea. "Well i ahd hoped to help with stalking the prey training with perchaps fake ones before they learned how to fully hunt in the apprentice training." She mew

Re: WindClan Patrol Punishments
Fallownose was annoyed. More patrols hadn't reported, and one that did had the gall to lie to him and say they hunted, but they deposited no fresh-kill on the pile. It was clear the deputy was upset by the way his tail was lashing back and forth and the tone of his voice as he called the cats who needed punishing forward.
"Stoneheart [ @Shinestripe ], Swiftmoon [ @ImSoTired ], Ashpaw [ @Holly Jolly Ashie ], Ashclaw [ @Little Dakota ], Mistpaw [ @fawnbloom83 ], Splitmeadow [ @~Half-A-Witch~ ], Hemlockheart [ @Shade. ], and Vinetail [ @Fernwillow ]. Get over here now."
