Re: WindClan Clearing
Stumpypoppy
The earlier battle had left the flame-point feeling jittery. But for a brief moment, his brain was still able to sustain consciousness. He still needs to see Cowpaw for healing, and he was curious as to why the medicine cat was so enormous. What exactly are cows? Are they comparable to Cowpaw? Are they large and imposing too? Well, Windclan was undoubtedly the group that was most habituated to two-legged objects. So these weird creatures must have been discovered by their ancestors. With his trademark sparkling blue eyes, he entered the clearing with a waltz. His eyes darted from one cat to another, and if any caught them, he might have wanted to offer them a small paw-five. As he entered a loaf, his stub wiggled. Positioning himself so that he appeared to be a cloud that was falling to the rough surface from above.

Re: WindClan Clearing
~Ashclaw~
Ashclaw stood there as milkpaw passed him and went off the words still stagged him hard, as ashpaw hid behind him the tom ears flattened as his head lowered then turning to ashpaw he nuzzled him" milkpaw hates both of us" he meowed comforting ashpaw, the tom huffed as the words that staggered him ended his blue eyes gazed at snowybreeze then fireflame seeing snowybreeze tired the tom walked over to cowpaw" cowpaw let me carry fireflame please, snowybreeze your tired i don't want you to over do yourself i can carry fireflame on me" he said gazing at snowybreeze an cowpaw the toms blue eyes softened knowing it would be hard but also knowing that fireflame is in a good place, his dark fur smoothed out as he waited for a response
Scalepaw closed his eyes and joined the group finally walking to Fireflame the young tom put his head on Fireflame's lifeless body crying over her he gave a lick on Fireflames cheek before backing up" i'll miss you... thank you for being my mother" he said quietly but enough that it caught Lilyhearts attention to come over to him and comfort him the young apprentice sniffled as he looked at fireflames lifeless body, tears falling down the tom wiped them and waited for the others to lead the way to junipers rest

Re: WindClan Clearing
Lightningkit
Beaming, cheesy, forced innocence melting away into another deadpanned stare, the young calico gave her mother an almost offended look at the suggestion, only the sparkle of mischief in her eyes betraying her lack of anger in the situation. Looking her mother up and down as she considered pressing the subject further, she decided against it. Gingerheart and her were having a perfectly playful, bonding moment. The last thing she needed was to actually anger her mother by attempting to continue on with something that had already been twice denied. As much as she wanted to go explore, she was just as happy to simply stay here with her mother. Not that Gingerheart had to know, of course. Oh no, the russet queen would certainly be at the receiving end of her poutiness at the very least. It just wouldn't be fun, otherwise.
"Fi-i-ne," Lightningkit finally conceded in an overly dramatic voice, rolling her almond shaped eyes to the prey pile despite the smirk threatening to tug at her lips. Turning her deadpanned stare back to her mother, whiskers unconsciously twitching with mirth, she continued. "I see a pheasant at the prey pile, but since we are being bo-ring today, I guess two mice will suffice."
Sticking her tongue out playfully, the abyssinian mix rushed off before her mother could respond, her head held high in the air in mock indignation as she approached the pile. Truth be told, vole had always been her favorite - a fact she was fairly certain Gingerheart already knew -but mouse was a close second, and the idea of sharing one of her favorite meals with her mother was always a reason to be happy. Despite the tumultuous start to her day, the nightmares giving little respite in spite of her talk with the clan's medicine cat, she couldn't really complain about much else so far. True, she was stuck in the camp but... maybe she could convince Gingerheart to spend the rest of the day with her today? Just mother and daughter for the rest of the day!
With this happy thought, Lightningkit picked two - admittedly skinny - delicious looking mice from the pile before prancing back to her mother. She had considered grabbing a third to share but... the pile was looking mighty empty, even for her untrained knowledge on the matter. Dropping them both in front of the yellow eyed molly with a smug little smirk, she nudged them both forward, allowing her mother to take the first pick. She might be a pawful - even she knew as much - but she wasn't entirely heartless. Besides, what better way to show her mother that she was a growing, mature, almost apprentice aged kit than by showing good manners? Alright, so maybe she hadn't entirely let go of the subject. More like put a small pause to it. Another day, another chance to convince her mother.

Re: WindClan Clearing
> Redspeckle. She/xe <
Redspeckle sighed, it was great to be back. Xe thought it was nice that Twilightstar didn't acknowledge any of her errors from xyr previous life. Like that one time when xe told her about Barkpaw's death 3 moons after he had died, that was a big mistake she made. Luckily, xe would try not to make any mistakes this time around. At least hopefully not.
Redspeckle sat down, hoping someone would notice her. Of course, xe were most well known for the race that xe hosted. So it wouldn't be a surprise if someone did recognize her, but she just needed to wait and see...

Re: WindClan Medicine Cat's Den
The pale warrior did not need to look up. His hackles simply started raising as it sensed danger, a chill sent his way no sooner he'd mentioned Batglare's kindness. His gaze turning every so slightly towards Twistedkit's mentor, curiosity eating away at him, he noticed the senior warrior's ears pinned slightly back, although quite frankly the glare seemed no different than it had been mere moments before as far as Snowybreeze could tell from his position. Alright, so the dark, brooding, imposing looking tom perhaps preferred to keep his more gentile nature a secret. He couldn't understand why, but he could certainly respect it. Hopefully the older warrior would not mind him exposing such secrets just this once, however, if only for the new apprentice's sake.
Dark nose twitching lightly on light fur, Snowybreeze noticed the fear emanating from the dark furred molly seemed to be slowly fading as her appearance became calmer, less frantic. Closing his eyes with contentment, trying to further encourage a peaceful, less anxious countenance for his wounded clanmate, he offered a small purr of encouragement, glad to see any semblance of progress from the - understandably - frantic mood she had been in mere moments before.
It was not long before another pair of footsteps entered the den, massive and heavy in sound. The accompanying scent of herbs letting the young warrior know that the medicine cat had arrived, Snowybreeze twitched his feathery tail in greeting as he stopped himself from standing up. While most cats in WindClan were of smaller frames better suited for running and chasing after their quick footed prey of choice, there was no denying that none of the felines surrounding the young, newly named apprentice were giants in their own right. Batglare, Cowpaw, and himself all seemed to share that massive build that stood out in clan meetings, and for how small of an apprentice Twistedpaw currently was, he worried about her stress resurfacing at full force if she found herself surrounded by all three of them standing at full height. So instead the soft spoken warrior decided to remain as he was, head still on the ground and level with the molly, hoping to offer some level of comfort in knowing she wasn't the only one being towered over.
Regardless of his choice, Snowybreeze shifted his bright blue orbs towards the medicine cat as the patched tom began gesturing. Something that looked like congratulations, and... potentially waiting to go... celebrate later? He was fairly certain he at the very least recognized the gesture for flower somewhere in there, as well. It was a slow process, but the young warrior was slowly getting better at understanding the medicine cat's form of communication, and between this and the small seed dropped at Twistedpaw's feet, he certainly hoped she would start to feel cheerier soon. It was a tall order, of course, after the horrible occurrence from before, but it was a hope nonetheless. The patched tom hated the idea of this sweet molly who had been but a kit just earlier that day having the beginnings of her apprenticeship marred by that- that... No, he would not think of her. It was not up to him to judge her for her crimes. He trusted Twilightstar to know best.
A small, sorrowful, distorted voice soon catching his attention, Snowybreeze turned alert eyes back on Twistedpaw, his mismatched ears perked up as he struggled to not rush towards her and wrap her up with his feathery tail, shielding her from anything else that might hurt her. His heart broke at her words, her needless apologies making his ears droop in despair. Why? How could anyone attack such a gentle hearted soul? She had been hurt by one she trusted, and here she was in turn, apologizing for something she had not done in the first place.
Noticing her eyes turning to the ground, her posture screaming misery to anyone who gave but a half hearted glance, Snowybreeze couldn't help the sad look that crossed his previously bright, content eyes. Unsure of what to do for her, but not wanting her to feel as though if the very moor was raging at her for the mere crime of being - he wasn't certain what else to think, but her posture so reminded him of that very feeling he'd had for so long tuckered away alone in the stony corner at the nursery's floor - he slowly and rather shyly brought one massive paw forward, barely lifting it from the ground, doing little more than gently sliding it towards the downcast feline before him. Not daring to touch the wounded molly, but wishing for her to realize she was not alone, he left his paw there, as close to hers as he dared place it without scaring her away.
"No. No need. To apologize. You've done nothing wrong," Snowybreeze mewed his voice barely a whisper for the apprentice to hear. "C-Cowpaw just wished. To congratulate. You. He was congratulating you. And wishing to... celebrate. Later? With... flowers?" the tom fumbled here, turning his blue orbs towards the medicine cat's mismatched eyes with an apologetic look, suddenly afraid he had overstepped a line by attempting to translate with his admittedly limited fluency in Cowpaw's silent communication. Oh dear... he would have to apologize later for his unabashed rudeness towards the high ranking feline. StarClan help him...

Hemlockheart was being fidgety. He hadn't expected to be so hung up on patrols, but recently that was the only thing he did that was interesting.
