what if...
tigerstar never met scourge...
firestar didn't get killed by lightning...
bluestar never met oakheart...
tigerstar defeated scourge in combat...
bright stream didn't get carried away by a hawk in dotc...
storm didn't get killed in the demolition of the tower...
turtle tail didn't get killed by the monster.
okay sorry for the over whelming amount of theories. lel

It’s ok 
1) BloodClan wouldn’t have happened and Tigerclaw wouldn’t have died.
2) I’m sure it was a tree... and I don’t think too much would have changed.
3) Mistystar, Stonefur and Mosskit would never have existed.
4) I am sure that Tigerclaw would have proceeded to take over BloodClan, and the same events would happen, but Firestar would have killed Tigerclaw.
5) The Storm events would never have happened and Bright Stream would have safely had Clear Sky’s kits. Most importantly, SkyClan would replace ThunderClan and Thunder... wouldn’t exist.
6) If Storm didn’t die, she would have kept Thunder in somewhere else than the twoleg nest, probably went with Gray Wing, and would have helped them.
7) I’m sure Turtle Tail would have had Gray Wing’s kits, and managed to get her kits safely away from Tom. So... only a little would change.

true. very true. another what if... if feathertail only got injured in her fall to kill the sharptooth?
or maybe what if mapleshade's kits didn't get killed in the flood?
OR... (literally racking his brain) what if hollyleaf didn't kill ashfur/ didn't say who her mother and father were at the gathering?
what if stormtail didn't stay in the mountains with the tribe?
what if the whole tribe went on the sun trail in dotc?
what if stonefur wasn't killed by tigerclan?
what if whitestorm wasn't killed in the battle with scourge? would he become whitestar???? (to be completely honest he would be an elder by the time firestar lost his last life tho so...
geez i have a limitless supply of theories.
okay this one's a big one what if leafpool never met crowfeather? no prophecy of three?
what if jayfeather didn't break rock's stick?
what if jayfeather somehow saved flametail?

That’s a lot...
1. Feathertail would have lived, and Crow x Feather would have happened. It is likely Crow would have a different suffix, since he asked for Feather because... he had respect.
2. Mapleshade wouldn’t have been evil towards the clans. This would affect a lot, such as... Brokenstar... Crookedkit’s promise... Tigerclaw... and more!
3. Ashfur would have gone full on crazy and would have told everyone. Holly’s main reason for killing Ash was because he was going to tell at the gathering. And that would be awkward...
4. If Stormfur didn’t stay... well, see ya Brook!
5. If the whole tribe went... WELL, SEE YA, MODERN TRIBE!
6. Stonefur would probably be deputy already.
7. Hm... I think White would have retired, so Fire would have to choose a new leader. Probably Gray or Bramble.
8. Definitely no power of three. No Ashfur drama, no nothing. And above all... NO DOVE X LION, no medicine cat after Leafpool until Alderheart... and.... a lot more.
9. Easy. Shippers would ship them less. I’m personally... not a Jay x Stick fan.
10. (Sigh) Jay... would have sacrificed his life to save Flame. I think everyone would be full of sorrow, and Leaf would... seriously be hit the most.
