Jessie looked at the huskies a brief flash of frustration going through her eyes. She was in no way mad at her, but rather at herself for not having quicker reflexes.
"I'm fine. Say, are you new here. Haven't seen you 'round."she said, keeping her self-hatred to herself.

Sheena yawned as she walked around town, her small stature getting annoying. She was lots smaller than the others, but boy, could she run. If she wanted to get somewhere quickly, she'd but her ears back, and run like the wind, sometimes beating dogs on horses to their destinations. She was like a greyhound, except for small, and a mutt. (open! please talk to her!)

Jessie felt her temper loosen up a bit. The stress was slipping away, as it always did when she watched the horses. Back when she was young, she'd spend hours looking over the fence in awe. She decided to stay here for a bit and curled up near some hay, still starting at the horses.
