Whiteout smiled and let out a roar, lunging toward a patch of yellow-spotted herbs.

This has not been typed in since July 30th of last year. Can we revive it?

Here's the story so far:

Once upon a time, there was a magnificent being who lived on Earth.
This magnificent being was kind and smart.
The being had pointy ears, whiskers, and a tail.
What is this magnificent being, you say?
This magnificent being was purple.
And it had bright yellow eyes.
As well as large, leathery wings which seemed to stretch across the sky.
You see, this being was the almighty dragon-cat.
So one day this great dragon-cat noticed something strange.
It saw a flicker of flames in the distance, lightning above.
"What's going on?" the magnificent being asked itself.
The magnificent beast - or Whiteout, as it called herself - flew over to the flames. "Hello?"
Suddenly, she spotted a face in the flames!
She flew towards it, flying down. "Are you alright?"
Suddenly, a fiery being emerged from the flames, shooting a fireball and burning Whiteout's whiskers.
Before the fiery being could burn more of her, Whiteout flew high above the being.
The being roared, and shot fire into the sky.
Whiteout would yowl as his wing would get burnt, and he started to go downward.
Panicking, he flapped his wings harder.
The being was intent on catching him as it formed hands out of fire, reaching toward Whiteout.
Whiteout would sweep out of the way, and extend its claws to dive on the creature, as he hoped to kill it.
Whiteout flashed his teeth and growled fiercely as he dived, hoping to impale the creature's head.
Whiteout would yowl as the creature grabbed his legs with fiery arms.
"You cannot defeat me!" the being growled, laughing inhumanly.
"But I will try!" Whiteout exclaimed, lunging forward.
Whiteout would growl, grabbing the creature with its claws and raking it across the face. He suddenly got an idea. What if I dump water onto it to extinguish it?
Quickly, the dragon-cat swept out of the way, away from the fire monster, in search of the precious water that he needed.
The fire monster tried to follow, but it was too slow.
Whiteout suddenly remembered a river that he had passed while traveling to the fire.
Diving down, he slurped up a lot of water in his mouth.
Then, he would go back to the demon.
Whiteout threw the bucket of water upon the demon's head!
The demon would screech, its form reverting back to normal, as it fell down into the form of another familiar dragon-cat.
The orange dragon-cat would look at him. "What happened? All I can remember is an eerie voice leading me here." He would look at Whiteout. "My name is Yandev Ego, and I have been unbeatable!"
"But when I came here, there was a fire demon that possessed me and made me burn the forest," he would gasp, suddenly staggering from massive burn wounds everywhere.
Whiteout would support them. "I think I saw some herbs that can heal burns."
"Let's go find some."
Whiteout smiled and let out a roar, lunging toward a patch of yellow-spotted herbs.
