Smallwing sighed, the young she-cat didn't know she was expecting kits. But she had a weird rumbling in her stomach and she seemed to have gotten "fatter". As she heard her name called for patrol she padded over to Berryfrost. "Ready?" she purred.
Berryfrost
She/Her
Her name. Had been called. To go outside of camp. This thought alone made Berryfrost shrink backwards with fear. Outside. Of camp. Since that Gathering where Frisk had threatened her life, Berryfrost had stuck to camp and refused to leave unless someone explicitly told her to. So far, no one had said anything about her, but now Peachfrost, her own mother, was ordering her out of camp on a patrol. And.. And Berryfrost couldn't refuse that order!
So caught up in shaking and staring blankly at her mother, the speckled molly did not realize that she'd been approached by her patrolmate, and reared backward with a gasp of surprise when Smallwing spoke. Eyes wide with shock - which was now turning into mortification at her own reaction - Berryfrost cleared her throat and rose to her paws, offering the Queen a watery smile. "Y-yeah."
[ Psst, put brackets and a space around the mention so it actually pings me, otherwise I won't know you posted ]

Smallwing gave a soft smile to Berryfrost, her tail swishing friendly. "It's ok, it's a small patrol and your protected." she meowed, her voice soft and calming as she spoke to the obviously terrified, and a bit younger warrior.

Tigerpaw halted when Fallownose spoke. She shook her pelt, looking up at the WindClan deputy, her only green eye wide with fear. "I don't know what I was doing, I must have been chasing a rabbit, and ran off! I'm so sorry!" She cried.
Fallownose had lost count of the number of times Tigerpaw had gone missing, and it was frankly disconcerting. After her death in which she was out of camp alone he had thought she would have matured, but that didn't seem to be the case. "Tigerpaw, what will it take for you to learn not to go out of camp by yourself? I'm going to have to recommend to Twilightstar that you not be allowed out of camp for the next moon unless assigned to a patrol. You can do your training in camp since you clearly can't be trusted outside of it. You're welcome to come with me to her den if you oppose this decision."

His eyes weren't failing him. The cat who just approached him was... Fallownose! Suddenly he felt nervous. He would've preferred just to meet any casual warrior, not the deputy himself. What would he think of his long getaway in the wilderness? Would he get mad at him? B-but.. I'm not a traitor!
He gulped down some air and took all his courage to step forward and speak with the most steady voice he could find at that moment. Before opening his mouth, he remembered the old ways and dipped his head shortly to the deputy in front of him. "I am sorry, Fallownose... I decided to leave Windclan just after Fireflymeadow's burial." Right, her grave! He wanted to go to the Sleepy Thicket now so badly, knowing the exact spot that she was probably buried in. Just beside her parents.
So much had happened since then, but what else mattered aside from the moment he took that huge decision? Apparently, nothing.
He watched Fallownose with big, concerned green eyes. "I felt... really alone in that period. Doepaw disappeared, my father rejected us all, and... Leafpaw wasn't really well."Please, Starclan. Please, Firefly... let her be well now. Safe and happy. I want to see her again.
He couldn't help but wonder how silly his words sounded in her ears. Was it the same for the tomcat in front of him? "...I lived out of the clan territories, a couple of days of distance from here. I thought that the solitude could help me think and bring me the peace I needed to heal, but... It didn't happen."
Milkpaw lowered his head, wondering for a moment if it would be wise to mention Blackscar's company to the deputy. But what reason for? Mother clearly told me to forget him. To return here and reclaim my place...
Which was also what the dark forest warrior had told him, but he didn't want to think about that confusion right now. He just wanted to go home and see Leafpaw and his friends again.
"That's why... I've returned. To Windclan." He stepped a little closer again, feeling uncertain in all his movements, and as tiny as the smallest bug in the moorland. "To my.. home."
Fallownose listened quietly to the apprentice's explanation of where he had been, a concerned frown tugging across his muzzle. It was always hard to lose family, especially so young, and it had clearly taken its toll on Milkpaw. "I am glad you are back now, and that you have figured out some of what you needed to. Hopefully, you will be able to heal here, and I am always open to talking if you would like. For now, though, I'm sure you have been missed." The deputy turned and beckoned Milkpaw to follow with a swish of his tail.

The slate-gray tom let out a huff at another explanation about chasing rabbits was given. What was it with apprentices going out alone and chasing rabbits until they got lost? "A piece of prey is not worth your life, Fawnpaw," he reminded, before inclining his head to welcome her back to the Clan.
She sighed, she knew she was in for something, possibly a demote to a kit for 3 moons at least. "Well, with my mentor gone and missing, I decided to go through the territory myself and take it into my own paws to teach myself, I had slept out there for a while and caught my own prey in rouge territorys." She explained.
This was the second time Puddlepaw had gone missing in such a short amount of time that Fallownose wondered if the apprentice just didn't feel at home in WindClan. Apparently, that wasn't the case and she was just a hare-brain! "Puddlepaw, if you simply asked a warrior or went to Twilightstar for a new mentor, you would've gotten the territory tour you needed without getting lost. Please use your brain next time before making a silly decision," he scolded, but it came from a place of worry. He didn't want anything to happen to an apprentice like what had happened to Briarpaw. "I hope this experience has been enough of a lesson for you."

Nettledapple rose to her paws and shook out her pelt before rushing over to Beastpaw. "C'mon, we've gotta fetch some herbs for Cowtuft." She meowed as she brushed past the apprentice, barely glancing in their direction. Nettledapple trotted towards the exit of the WindClan camp and paused, looking back and flicking her tail to see if Beastpaw was following her.
Blue eyes glinting with a spark of amusement, Dapplebreeze couldn't help but feel a sense of nostalgia wash over her as Cricketkit spoke, pride coating his every word as his chest puffed out with exuberant over confidence. Despite looking nothing like her own kits, there was something in the pale tabby's mannerisms that sent her back to her younger moons. Back when Whisperkit and Bravekit had been her whole world. The siblings were so different yet so similar at the same time. This youngster would have fit right in with the litter, no doubt giving even Whisperkit a run for his tail. It was rather hard to tell, after all, which one of the two would have had the bigger head.
Whiskers twitching as the former queen settled her head down over her demurely crossed paws, she kept an eye on Cricketkit as he spoke, words that promised fear and heroics against ShadowClan. Well... all clans, really, but there had been an obvious choice over who was the clan the boisterous kit clearly labeled his number one enemy. A wise choice, frankly. It had been moons... no... seasons since the dark clan could even be called that. A band of rogues more like it, with the most bloodthirsty, tyrannical cat to have ever walked under the stars leading them in the destruction of everything that made clans stand out from the rest.
Dapplebreeze had never thought highly of the other clans. She believed WindClan was the obvious, superior clan among the four. The one clan who dared to live out in the open, refusing to hide like meek prey. The one who ran with the very wind and showed their every action to the stars, for with due honor and strength, there was no shame to stow away. ShadowClan, however, had earned a special hatred in her heart. Ever since an entire raid had fallen over her estranged son, costing him his life. She knew he most likely had some part to blame. His exuberant over confidence and cocky demeanor had no doubt riled up the entire band of rats to join up forces against him. A flash of concern crossed her gentle features at this thought, wondering if such an end would inevitably meet this young kit in front of her as well. Surely not... but then... perhaps a gentle guidance from an early age might halt such a fate before it had the time to sink its merciless claws into her young companion? Before it was too late.
"Hmmm. Yes, good. WindClan needs more capable warriors. The type that can remind the other clans that we are not to be trifled with," the patched molly purred encouragingly, nodding her head sagely as she spoke. Pausing as if to think, Dapplebreeze cocked her head to the side, appraising the tabby kit. "I suppose then that you are already signed up to learn of our clan relations with our esteemed deputy? A most important class, really. One must always know our enemy as best we can before we engage in proper combat, lest they catch up by surprise. Hmph. I do wish there were more kits taking their studies as seriously as you."
A gentle smile accompanied the former queen's words, her eyes closing with contentment. True, there were ulterior motives to her words. Perhaps coaxing the youngster to better educate himself before his over confidence cost him his life, much like it had done her son. Regardless of this, however, Dapplebreeze truly did love encouraging kits. They all needed different words of encouragement. Each young bundle of fur being their own individual with unique hopes and dreams. Dreams that she could only hope would improve and strengthen WindClan. And there was always a certain joy. A bliss to watch the younger generation gain their footing and slowly become the new warriors of their glorious clan.
Cliffjumper Pelted towards the training place with Sleepypaw hot on his tail. well not hot on his tail... more like 5 fox lengths behind him. he sighed, as he stopped and waited for his apprentice to catch up. He grunted at the apprentice "Today your gonna learn the Hunters crouch" sleepypaw nodded
