Looking through the fresh kill pile, the snowy warrior selected a vole for herself and nodded to Suncloud.
"Actually, I was just about to eat before i head out to hunt for more prey. Would you like to join me?" She asked with a smile. Perhaps this she-cat would be able to give her some information, things she had heard. Her upcoming report was sorely lacking after all.

“I’d love to!” Suncloud smiled. This was more interactions then she had gotten in a week. “My mate actually might be having kits soon! If all goes well. Do you have a mate or any special someone?” She licked the remaining mouse off the bones.

Picking up her vole and padding to a clear area to sit, she waved her plumy tail for Suncloud to join her. Spiritfire settled to eat, wrapping her tail about her paws, and took a bite of the vole, satisfied as the taste washed over her tongue. She inclined her head slightly at the question that Suncloud posed to her.
"No, I currently do not have a mate or a special someone. I've regrettably been too busy to think about such things," she answered after a bit. Truthfully the thought had never crossed her mind. She had cats she considered attractive, of course, but the idea of a relationship was far from her current goals.

“Oh. Well I hope that you find that special cat someday.” Suncloud felt a little embarrassed but stretched out her hunting muscles and sat back down to wait for Spiritfire. She usually just assumed that all cats had a special someone that would be waiting for them when they got back to camp.

Now of course she saw the young kit bouncing towards her, being ever watchful and all. Somehow it didn't occur to her that she could just leave, and completely avoid this conversation. Mostly because she didn't understand how much it would bother her until Duskkit opened her mouth. It tired her out just listening to her talk a hundred miles an hour. It took her a moment of just staring blankly to just understand her words.

"I'm Hollowkit." She introduced flatly. "I don't think I'm that big, I'm the same size as all my siblings. You're just really small."

She took the next part with some consideration. Yes, she was excited to become an apprentice. She wanted to make mama proud, and become a warrior.
"Yes."

Finishing her vole, the glossy she-cat swiped her tongue over her jaws. A special cat? Well, she certainly had a cat she placed on a pedestal above all others. But that was for her alone. Instead, she gave a nod to Suncloud.
"Perhaps someday. Shall we go?" Spiritfire asked, rising to her paws. She considered the options for a moment as she began to pad towards the entrance to camp.
"Should we try the Icy Heartlands?"

"Well first a hunters crouch.." He did the hunting crouch to show the warrior his crouch, it was better than most of the apprentices his age ( 6 moons). "And then we were hunting rabbits." He said as he remembered that they were also battle training. "We were also doing sparring." He said to the warrior looking into her eyes making eye contact.

The she cat began to pace around the young tom examining his hunting crouch. Impressive, and certainly something she’d long since stopped using. She figured like most cats, one day he’d move on to being a great hunter and improvising most of his hunting anyways. She stopped beside him and used her tail to push his more straight before continuing on her circle around him.

She met the toms gaze and let out a gentle hum. “Sparring you say?” she doubled back and began to circle the opposite way. “Would you care to show me? It’s been a long while since I’ve sparred with anyone”. Then in a burst of playful energy the she cat dropped into her own crouch directly in front of the small tom. “What’s your first move on a bigger opponent?” she asked.

Suncloud carried a squirrel in her mouth, hoping to see Needleheart and gift it to her.
