Bolt came back a bit later with two fish, and a thrush. He walked up to Fire and put them down next to her. "Sorry it's not an eagle, but it's what I could get." He said, sounding disappointed he didn't catch an eagle.
Feather gave a small snort of laughter. "I highly doubt you could. Fire is the only cat I know capable of such a feat."
(Should it be that Ice died somehow?...or just disappeared?)

Bolt stopped after running. "Now if I was an eagle, where would I be." Either in a nest or flung somewhere stupid came a voice in his head but he ignored it.

Her tail curled a little when he jumped, and she stepped forward, careful to step only on earth. "It's easier to find them when standing in the creekbed," she mewed. "You get a clearer view of the sky."
