Nightstalker perked her ears in suprise as she heard she had an apprentice. Me! An apprentice!? Didn't the old hag just let me back in? Maybe she's just getting old... Nightstalker thought with a shrug. The large, black furred female narrowed her yellow eyes to slits of coal as she looked around for her apprentice. Seeing her brothers kit, Albatrosspaw. She padded over and tapped him with her tail. "Hello there" Nightstalker purred lightly and calmly.

Littlepaw searched for his mentor after saying goodbye to Spiderpaw, the tailless large apprentice who was not quite as massive as his sister Spiderpaw but quite close to it touching noes with Silentraven as soon as he found Silentraven. Littlepaw's prefix was because he had been the runt at birth but had grown rapidly in the six moons since then. He was giggling as he searche for Silentraven as now that he was so large he found his name quite funny. @Ravenswings
Silentraven stood as soon as Littlepaw came into sight, smiling. Hello. She meowed, tho her voice shaking in fear. We’ll start training first thing tomorrow morning.

lostpaw looked at dovedance with sad eyes. nodding at everything for what she did understand...lostpaw had the littlest idea why she needed a new mentor. her old one must have...been too weak to train her now...and it was her fault...a guilt she would let follow her for the rest of her life. "my only goal with you as my mentor is to finish my training..." she mewed in a low voice. clearly she was upset right now. a sad upset. lostpaw shuffled her paws a little. her eyes looking down at the ground now.

she gave a slow nod "its alright...it isnt your fault..." her eyes looked clouded over with grief...despite being blind in one eye both showed her upsetness. "are we training today?" she looked up at the she-cat she would be calling her mentor. training would help...maybe...depends.
As Darkfall took too long to follow simple orders, Dawnstar tore her intense glare away from the medicine den and settled it on the kits below her.
"From this day until you receive your warrior names, you'll be known as Littlepaw, Flamepaw, Eaglepaw, Spiderpaw, and Glowingpaw." Dawnstar announced and then looked into the crowd of cats.
"Cougarbite, it's been some time since you've last taken an apprentice. You'll mentor Glowingpaw. Pearnose, your apprentice is Flamepaw. Silentraven, you'll mentor Littlepaw. Flamegaze, you'll train Eaglepaw. Spiderpaw, your mentor is Flowerblaze."
As Dawnstar fell into a more mundane role of everyday tasks, she'd like to think that her temper simmered, but it just boiled underneath the surface.
"Reassignments. Bumbleclaw you'll train Featherpaw. Stagskull your with Shadepaw. Nightstalker you'll take over Wasppaw's training. Mistlewhisker, you have Squirrelpaw as your apprentice. Ibispaw your with Shrewstep. Dovedance you have Lostpaw." Now on to the troublesome idiots.
"Eggpaw, as you've lost yet another mentor and have failed to show any interest in actually completing your training. You will be meeting me in my den and I will be deciding whether you are fit for clan life or not." Eggpaw should have been a warrior some time ago. Honestly, he should be embarrassed to even still be in the apprentice den. It seemed he had aboustely no motivation to get anything done.
"Leapmoon, Brokentalon, Starrywhisper. As you've all been demoted for failing a patrol. You'll be known as Leappaw, Brokenpaw, and Starrypaw. You will be resettling in the apprentice den, and you'll be given mentors to finish your training. You are to be treated as apprentices and are not allowed to leave camp without a warrior. Those of you who do not carry out your punishments promptly will be booted out of my clan. You know what you did to get punished, you know what you have to do to get your warrior statues returned, get it done, or get out."
"Tangledrose you'll be mentoring Brokenpaw, Snakestorm, you have Leappaw, and Chirpshine you have Starrypaw. I trust you'll apprentices will fill you in on what needs to get done with their training as it is their heads on the line here." Dawnstar hissed warningly at the three fools.
"Vulturefang, those who repeatedly fail their patrols, I expect harsher punishments to be handed down," Dawnstar growled to her deputy, knowing for a fact that Leappaw had failed patrols multiple times now, and was continuing to do so. #shcmeeting
Wolftooth let out a cry of protest. "BROKENPAW IS TO BE RETURNED TO WARRIOR STATUS IMMEDIATELY!" He snapped all of a sudden. Brokenpaw let out a shocked gasp.
Cougarbite sat up straighter, and searched his gaze towards his apprentice, Glowingpaw ( @dino. )
When he found the apprentice, he approached him and said "hey, i'm cougarbite, you're mentor."

Okay something was definitely wrong. Even if it had been obvious from Dawnstar, the way Hawkbite had approached gave it away to her. Looking towards him momentarily, she gave a nod of hello. Nothing seemed..physically wrong, but she could be wrong herself.
Turning her attention back to Dawnstar as she started, Ibispaw changed the new apprentices names with the other cats. Then her reassignment came, and her gaze searched the crowd of cats. She wasn’t sure if Shrewstep was here, but she planned to stay in her current spot either way.
SQUIRRELPAW she/her. 7 moons. small russet molly with brown markings and yellow eyes.
squirrelpaw watches the meeting from afar at first, crouched down near the entrance of the apprentices den. yellow eyes glance over at the kit that dawnstar is mentioning, and it's a kit she's never seen before. she shuffles just a bit closer to the crowd of cats, eyes boring into the ground. okay..kits being made apprentices, nothing too interesting. next up .. reassignments. the mention of it makes her look around for rattail. she doesn't see him.
a frown settles on her face, a feeling of impending doom draping over her like a blanket when she hears her name. oh..no, no, she thinks with a heavy sigh, feeling tears start to well up in her eyes. she's not sure if it's from heartache from her mentor going missing, or the fact she has to go through the whole process of trying to get comfortable around another cat. not to mention, she's never interacted with mistlewhisker. starclan, why do you do this to me?

at dawnstar's call, the massive molly makes her way towards the shadowledge. she casts a brief look over to darkfall and some random kit, but it seems the tom is too slow for dawnstar's liking, because after a few moments she moves on to apprentice ceremonies. a handful of apprentices are announced, along with reassignments.
then, demotions. blue eyes travel to the three warriors, or rather apprentices. it's not long after that some tom, who marshwolf recognizes as wolftooth, is yowling. yelling, protesting that brokenpaw must be made a warrior again. her eyes narrow in growing irritation, tail lashing. "can you not hear? brokenpaw was demoted for a reason. you screeching like an insolent kit isn't going to do anything, other than maybe get you demoted alongside him."
