Snowwhisker entered the clan clearing, having returned from a border patrol. He shook some brambles from his white fur, and looked around the clearing, looking for Chestnutsong. He hadn't seen her this morning, and he wondered if she had gone on a different patrol. He had wanted to share fresh-kill with her, and maybe spend some time together. He really liked sharing tongues with her, it was always fun. His golden gaze swept over the clearing again, maybe he had missed her the first time.

Chestnutsong exited the warrior's den, flicking her gaze around camp. She had gone on the midnight patrol last night and had slept in a bit. Her blue eyes fell upon Snowwhisker, shaking brambles out of his white pelt. Smiling lightly, she wondered what patrol he had gone on, and if the tom had eaten yet. She waved her tail to get his attention, mewing, "Good morning Snowwhisker." The pretty brown shecat made her way over to the tom, dipping her head to a few cats as she passed them.
