Primrosepaw was still confused with everything that was going on - the news about Sugarapple possibly being a not-home cat now, the strange feeling of something not being right... It had gone to where the small apprentice wasn't fazed to the slightest by the chanting for Beansprout, going to the point of completely ignoring it. She just... Nothing made sense. And eventually, her name was called again by commanding voice two, followed by another - but that's what always happened when she got a new care taker! Hadn't she gotten a new one like... One call-session ago? Shimmeringpool? The sudden change, for the third time, of mentor didn't help. And before the tiny calico could even try processing any of it, paw steps approached followed by something pushing against her nose. Right away, Primrosepaw skirted away out of surprise. She hadn't expected such sudden contact nor had she any idea by who, yet her ears were still perked as she listened. Was that... New care taker? Mentor? She sounded nice enough, but Primrosepaw hesitated. Everything was going so fast - too fast and when the crowd started chanting once again, but this time for a 'Stormcall', the apprentice made herself small as to try hiding.

Finally a new deputy, it seemed? That was about time - Gingerfrost had been expecting for it to be announced at any moment. Although never having liked all the chanting that much, the young warrior called out the new deputy's name still "Stormcall, Stormcall!" Gingerfrost was interested to see how it all would go with Stormcall as deputy. He had never spoken to the molly, unsurprisingly, and although he didn't hold the biggest amount of care as to who got role all he really hoped was that she, and possible future deputies, weren't straight out mousebrains. For now she didn't seem like one, luckily, and hopefully that would remain as such.

Stormcall was reserved, statuesque...externally. Internally, the newly ascended deputy's mind was shuffling through and categorizing tasks by priority, all while listening to every parting word from her clanmates. She blinked a bit, stirred from her deliberating by Lionstorm's voice.
She dipped her head respectfully to the experienced warrior--a gesture she favored both for formality and amity.
"Thank you. I am certain I have much to learn...fortunately, I am a quick study if nothing else." She replied, something like humor edging her tone. Up close, there was something wild but stately about Stormcall--the striking eyes, the long facial scar--a distinct intensity.
"Anything I can do to alleviate some responsibility from Sootstar, I consider a victory." She remarked, watching the bicolored tom bound off into the territory.

Splashleap hadn't meant to scare her new apprentice, she had just been trying to be friendly, but her excitement did come across as nuttiness occasionally. Taking a step back, hoping that giving Primrosepaw a little space would help, she kept quiet for a minute, watching the apprentice rather intently. She hadn't messed up, had she? She hadn't hurt the smaller cat or anything? She was hoping she hadn't, she didn't want to do something to her new apprentice. Cocking her head to the side, she asked slowly Did I hurt you? She hoped not. @Estelle

There was a sudden silence that both scared and intrigued the little apprentice. Her ears twitched as she turned her head to listen in different direction, but didn't hear much. At least, not until Splashleap spoke with a rather... Unusual word. Hurt? Primrosepaw had never heard of that before - she didn't what it was but by her new mentor's tone it didn't sound like something good. So... Mostly since she didn't know... Primrose shook her head. Now that she thought of it, it was strange, actually, how other could know what her movements mean when didn't know about their most of the time. How did they do it? that sudden thought was very confusing... A bit misplaced, too, considering what was happening but when was it not. Eventually though, Primrosepaw lifted her head and tilted it in the direction she believed the other molly to be, giving a some-questioning look. She didn't have any specific questions though was admittedly a bit curious about Splashleap - and this was her third caretaker now... She wanted to know why they kept changing. She had liked Shimmeringpool!

She went on over to the streamstone, a clan meeting? Hm, interesting, she knew, or at least, assumed she knew one of the topics, but whatever, this would be interesting enough to keep her attention from her pelt or, anything involving beauty. [Open!]

Eelpaw arrived. She was one of the first, if not the first. Sitting down, she looked around before placing her paws on the ground and then placed her head upon her paws and just... relaxed. If she fell asleep... she fell asleep. Hopefully no one would wake her? It wasn't like she couldn't hear with her eyes closed. Or was it disrespectful? Should she sit up and sleep? Yes. So, she sat up and then TRIED not to drift off.

Snowpaw nodded and pads over to the streamstone seeing another cat n her pelt was well groomed. The snow tiger Molly looked at this cat. "Hello" she mews softly. @WinterRabbit5350
