"Yeah... They're weird." Hunterpaw seemed puzzled for a moment, but then shook his head and trotted after Swiftpaw, falling into step with her with a smile.

"Well, I am his big brother. And im pretty awesome. Its no wonder the kid wants to be like me." Hunterpaw chuckled, but the bragging was more half-hearted than normal as he shook his head.

That's why I was annoyed when you made that bet with me. I just saw you as an annoying tom." She hopped over a small rock "Then I saw how you were around your kin. You were teasing, but caring. Hunterpaw was speechless, staring at her with wide brown eyes. After a few moments he broke his gaze, fur heating up slightly. "I... Thanks, Swiftpaw. That.. Means alot to me."
