Dragonflycliff thinks that recently there have been too many bodies ending up in the clearing and wants Sweetsunrise to go away and just hope she tries not to make it three. She was doing this job. Sweetsunrise didn't just get to take her job. She was being helpful. So she wouldn't get exiled. Maybe Sweetsunrise was trying to get her exiled. Was everyone trying to get her exiled? She looked at Sweetsunrise, then back at Risingstorm. "My job's been stolen..."

☾☽☾☽✿❀✿ "its...too small in the nursery" she whined "its too small...I don't want to play...I'm..I'm not.." she wanted to say she wasn't a kit, she wasn't...she...she was 8 moons old! not...not 4 or 5...she was too big for it...she was panicking now, she didn't want to be seen as a kit anymore...she didn't want to be like this anymore! no one was seeing or hearing her...no body was treating her by her age! "I'm not...a kit...I don't...I don't belong here anymore, if I'm still a kit at 8 moons old then I don't belong here! what if Im a kit until I'm 10 moons...12 moons...20 moons!?" she wiggles away, trying to scratch sweetsunset (she can miss if you want) she then looks to the exit of camp, she was sobbing, this clan didn't care for her...if they did she'd be a apprentice by then, so she ran towards the exit of camp, she felt...no she knew she didn't belong here. ✿❀✿☾☽☾☽

nursery? no. no. he wasn't going anywhere. he didn't want poppykit to be alone. "mister.. rising.... risingstorm... can i come... along? i dont want... pops to be alone." he was big enough... right? he knew some cats were apprenticed at his age.

he frowned. chase a butterfly? no. that didnt sound fun. "you... think it'll be fun... but my brother... is DEAD" dontcrydontcrydontcry. he couldnt help it. tears streamed down his face "WHAT COULD YOU KNOW?"

Wh- Wait. "HOLLYKIT!?" she yowled. For as much as she tried to attack Sweetsunrise, this was a KIT. No- she couldn't let a kit go out and die. Dragonflycliff couldn't let this happen. With a look of fear on her eyes, Dragonflycliff winced at the yelling kit. "Drizzlekit, I get it. I miss most of my family, almost all of them are dead. Please, talk to me later."

She particularly didn't want to do this. "ANYONE ABLE, PLEASE COME HELP ME GET HER."
She ran after the kit.

☾☽☾☽✿❀✿ the she-kit, kept running, she was too old for this, if thunderclan saw her as a kitten forever, she didn't want to live with it, she didn't want to have it, she didn't w a n t it, she had to leap through the little bits of snow, trying her best to reach the exit, she didn't want to l i v e like this. not anymore. ✿❀✿☾☽☾☽

Aldernose's head turned to where he heard Dragonflycliff scream. "I'm coming!" He hopped up from his spot and went to where he saw them a second ago. He was a bit behind, but he forced himself to run faster. Faster and faster. "Hollykit! Come back here!" He started to up his pace and was finally by Dragonflycliff. Oh Starclan. Why. @dragonwind

''I know because I understand how it feels, Drizzlekit,'' Sweetsunrise mewed softly, her voice still calm despite the tom's outburst. ''If you don't want a distraction, then fine. But at least go back to the nursery like you were told. Drizzlecloud's been taking care of you, right? Go find her and let her know what happened.''

Nettlepaw had been watching the whole time, frozen in shock. A kit had died, the clearing was thick with panic, and another cat — apprentice aged yet still a kit, they thought — was trying to escape camp. They couldn’t let this happen.

Nettlepaw had to do something about this. If nobody else could reach Hollykit, they would at least try. Swiftly, they rushed forward and grabbed the young she-cat by the scruff, pulling her backwards as much as they could without hurting her.

“You.. can’t.. leave!” They yowled, frustrated, muffled by Hollykit’s scruff fur. It was difficult holding onto the cat considering they were around the same size, with Nettlepaw being slightly taller however it didn’t make a difference.

Mantispaw

Mantispaw was just sitting down having a good time. Then came screams. And a kit running out of camp. And a tiny dead body. Oh no. No no no. Not another body. Not another death witnessed. She couldn't handle this. She had already seen cats die to the sickness.

She started to shake. She didn't even realize, didn't even know the kit, but tears fell. Why. Why? Just why? Starclan was being cruel. She couldn't look. Couldn't look at the body. Oh no. Not the limp body just laying. Not again. Her head turned to the other side of the clearing.

[Open to anyone who wants to comfort her! She witnessed death at the sick camp so it's hard for her to see.]

Sunflowerpaw raced over to Mantispaw the moment she saw the younger apprentice crying, resting her tail tip on the other she-cat's shoulder in a comforting manner. The golden-and-cream she-cat said nothing, remaining silent. Letting Mantispaw grieve without having to say anything.

A kit was dead. Another ran out of camp. Sweetsunrise was trying desperately to calm down Drizzlekit, Sunflowerpaw noticed, but the warrior's efforts were vain. Her ears flattened. There was...a lot of chaos, to say the least.
