Boulderspots yawned, though there weren't many gaps through the trees, the gray sky always made him sleepy. As he padded into the Warriors Den, he heard Ripplecloud beckon him over to chat. Wanting something to do, he changed directions and strolled over to him. "Sure!" He meowed. "How are you? What do you want to talk about?"

"Oh, well I don't know.. Just wanted to do something to do, its been sort of boring around the clan lately, anything interesting I guess?" He mewed, staring at the grey clouds above them, he usually didn't like this weather but today he found it strangely calming

Boulderspots purred. "Yeah, it's been boring." He thought back to the past long while. Lounging, sleeping, waiting to do something, anything. "Honestly, I haven't done much since leaf-fall. You?"

Pineblossom walked into the warriors den and curled up in her nest. She laid with her eyes open, unable to find sleep. She smelled a familiar sweetness, her mother. However, she had been dead for moons. She sat up, eyes wide. She flicked her head around, glancing in every corner of the den. Nothing. "Probably just a phantom smell" she grumbled to herself.

Pineblossom sat up in her nest. The sunlight reflected off her emerald green eyes. She remembered the last night, where she had randomly smelled her mothers scent, even though her mother had died moons ago. She stared off into the den, looking nowhere but her mind deep in thought.

Doeskip moved quietly in the corner, his paws brushing over the familiar furs as he set about arranging his bed. The same routine, the same motions—but everything felt different now. His new role as a father was a quiet one for now, but he knew the days ahead would be filled with more than just battle and patrols. His nights, too, would be spent guarding their dreams. He set the last piece of bedding into place, his body naturally following the movements, though his mind was distant, lost in the thought of those small faces. He could already picture them growing, learning the ways of the Clan, standing beside him one day in the heat of battle—or perhaps in moments of peace. Either way, he would be there. Always. OPEN

Flowerhawk stretched as she got up. It was time to continue her recent trend of bothering whoever she could get her paws on, which was working quite well, actually—she’d made two friends doing that. Looking around, she spotted a she-cat who looked deep in thought. Ohoho, Flower could give her something to think about. None of her weird questions had failed yet. Well, unless one included the time Cloudedpaw trauma dumped to her as a failure. But it had started a conversation, no?

Setting her face with an easy smile, Flowerhawk padded over, settling on the question she’d asked Blackbird to start off with. “Do you think fish thirst for water?”
