Mosspaw inhaled and exhaled slowly, then started to wade into the deeper parts of the water. Her paws left the bottom of the river faster than she expected, so she lurched towards her mentor, steadying herself once more. The she-cat began to paddle tentatively, keeping her head up. After a couple heartbeats of this, Mosspaw felt more confident. She swam away from Leafbreeze, splashing her a little. "Whoo! This is FUN!"

Honeypaw sniffed the air. He was right. The smell was better. It smelled like woodforest. "Is it another clan?Which one is it? Thunderclan?" They were guessing Thunderclan because they heard that Windclan prefers more open spaces.

Drifting in and out of sleep, as Rainpaw had been doing ever since the tunnel fell down on him and trapped him in this small burrow, he wasn't quite sure what woke him this time. He could have sworn he heard distant voices. The overwhelming hunger and thirst left him exhausted and restless at the same time, though, so it wouldn't surprise Rainpaw if it had just been another dream. He'd had a lot of them, recently.

Liking Silverrose's determination to work and find a solution, he nodded with a calm smile, starting to walk towards it. Silverrose was just one of those cats that he could enjoy company with both in silence and conversation, which was a relief for the normally quiet Nightwhisker. After getting to a fork in the river, he let her take the lead up next.

Eaglepaw's ears perked up in surprise. The tom was quite good at this game. He smiled as he pointed to the moor, agreeing with his answer.
"Very good! Over there is Windclan, as you said. M-make sure you memorize each scent so you can recognize the cat." He explained.

Willowrose smiled at him, but became nervous when he said they could fish. The thing was she didn't know how to fish. Maybe he could teach her how. "We can go fishing, but you might have to teach me I haven't learned how to yet.", she meowed. Willowrose looked around the territory, but made herself alert for when he replied.

Baynight supressed a grimace as he listened to her suggestion. "Okay," he meowed. "I'm far from the best fisher in the clan, but I can try and teach you.". Beckoning for her to follow him, Baynight started off towards the river. Though he wasn't really afraid of the water, he wasn't that keen on spending more time than needed in it. Besides, this would be good practice for when, or if, he becomes a mentor.

Willowrose smiled and followed behind him. She was expecting him to be an expert at it as long as he knew the basics. The black and white molly's good eye looked forward while the other looked at the ground below her. This would be the first time she even attempted to fish and she hoped it would turn out alright.

Seeing the tunnels, Glazewing was not looking forward to this search. Of course, he wanted to help find Rainpaw, but these tunnels were cramped and musty, and he didn't even want to consider their safety. The warrior gave a curt, uncomfortable nod. They'd just have to find this apprentice and get out as soon as possible.
