Mistwhisper padded towards an apprentice, her pawsteps soft and gentle as she strode towards them.

"Hello," she greeted them softly.

Tigerpelt loafed in the clearing, his eyes closed, falling asleep in the warm sunlight. His ears flickered as he heard random noises from around the camp. His tail curl around his flank tightly and his paws digging into the dirt underneath him. The warrior wasn't sleepy just tired. What could he do? Maybe talk to Bumblestar or Spiderthroat about getting a task to do? The warrior hated staying still for too long.

Nettlepaw locked eyes with the warrior with a blank expression, just about towering over her. Then, they realised who this was. Mistwhisper, a cat who’d participated in their hunting event. The one that.. hadn’t ended very nicely. Well, that was fine. Probably. Nettlepaw didn’t even know if Mistwhisper remembered that. They hoped she didn’t.

“Hello.” they mewed, paws shuffling awkwardly as they nervously looked from her to their leaves and then back to the she-cat.

Rosekit

Rosekit needed to be better to take care of her siblings because they didn’t have a mama anymore. So Rosekit needs to help be that for her younger brothers. Papa was busy. He was a worry and did his best to stick around but he couldn’t always. So again, it was up to Rosekit. If she couldn’t take care of her siblings, being the leader of Thunderclan wouldn’t even matter to her. Well maybe not but she would never see it the same again, without cats that deserved to be the best with her.

“You! Since you seem you enjoy wasting sunlight lazing around, I’m giving you a job. Teach me how to hunt.” The russet masked kitten huffed, head lifted high. If the cat was especially adept at reading others than maybe they would see the slightest tremble of her paws and the slightest shine of I shed tears in her eyes, but only if they really looked.
